-Observerof the -Trade EndEndEndWin亚太日报根植中国，立足亚太，面向全球，依托新华社亚太总分社所辖亚太地区 33 个分社的采集网络和资源，以香港为总部，以深圳为基地，辐射中国内地及港澳台地区，实现亚太 50 多个国家和地区的传播全覆盖。

在中国北京、广州、长沙、石家庄已设立办事处，在斯里兰卡、泰国、澳大利亚、日本、尼泊尔、新加坡、越南、朝鲜、纽约、米兰等已设立分支机构，即将在印度尼西亚、马来西亚、缅甸、韩国等国家和地区增设办事机构。

Rooted in China, APD mainly focuses on the Asia-Pacific region, and caters to a global audience. Headquar-tered in Hong Kong and based in Shenzhen, APD covers news of more than 50 countries and regions in the area, with its extensive network and resources provided by 33 branches of Xinhua News Agency 's Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau. APD has already set up branches in Beijing and Guangzhou, as well as in a number of foreign countries including Sri Lanka, Thailand, Australia, Japan, Nepal, Singapore, Vietnam, DPRK, and America. To further expand its coverage, APD is going to open more news centres and offices in countries and regions including Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and South Korea.Asia Pacific Daily (APD), a convergence platform of new-media covering news of China and the Asia-Pacific region, was launched by the Asia-Pacific Regional Bureau of the Xinhua News Agency in July 2012, and it has witnessed rapid growth since its inception. APD is an initiative in Xinhua's efforts to promote the integration of traditional as well as new media and implement its new media development strategy. Today, APD has a great variety of media products, including news websites in both Chinese and English languages, the Free Trade Zones (FTZ) Observer website, news reader apps, news services through social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and LED screens, in-train TV shows, and printed special issues, etc.The Chinese and English websites of APD, running thirteen and eight channels respectively, provide a comprehensive look at the political, economic, cultural, business and educational news in the Asia-Pacific region. APD pursues multimedia storytelling, featuring a combination of texts, photos, video clips, audio graphics and interactivity. It has classified news into sections like “Views from Foreign Media” , “Hong Kong Media Headlines”, “Xinhua Express”, “Asia Headline”, and has set up columns such as ”the True Stories of Afghanistan”, “Once Upon a Time in Pyongyang”, “Cultural Omnivore”, “A Journey to the West”, and “Special Report”. It also has several country-specific channels, such as Chinese websites of Australia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and DPRK and English websites of Japan, Thailand, Nepal and Vietnam. With the help of working partners from the Chinese mainland, APD has set up “Health” channel, “Immigration and Study Abroad” channel, and “Agriculture” channel as well.APD delivers its readers around-the-clock, visual, credible and fair news coverage of the Asia-Pacific region and profound, insightful analysis of regional and world affairs.打造亚太最具影响力的新媒体聚合平台THE MOST INFLUENTIAL CONVERGENCE PLATFORM OF NEW MEDIA IN ASIA-PACIFIC REGION亚太日报由新华社亚太总分社主办，其业务范围全面覆盖中国及亚太地区，是新华社推动传统媒体和新兴媒体融合发展、实施新媒体发展战略率先启动并迅速成长的新媒体聚合平台。

目前拥有全球多语种新闻客户端，中文网，英文网，自贸区观察网，微信、微博等社交媒体平台，车载电视节目，户外LED屏幕，高端定制双语纸媒专刊等各类形态的媒体产品。

亚太日报中文网下设 13个频道，英文网下设 8 个频道，全面聚焦亚太政治、经济、社会、文化、商业、教育等领域，融合文字、图片、视频等多种报道形式，已形成“外媒观察”、“港媒头条'、“新华快讯”、“ASIA HEADLINE”等独特版块及“阿富汗正传”、“平壤故事”、“山外青山”、“一路向西”、“香港不闷”、“SPECIAL REPORT”等特色板块。

此外，还创建了多国地域版，包括澳大利亚中文版、日本英文版、尼泊尔英文版、斯里兰卡中文版、泰国英文版、新加坡中文版、越南英文版和朝鲜中文版等。

在国内创办了“健康”、“移民留学”、“农业”等行业合作频道。
