用友ERP-U8供应链管理系统教学中常见问题及解决办法佚名【摘要】供应链管理是用友ERP-U8管理系统的重要组成部分。
分析了作为目前多数学校ERP (企业资源计划)教学的操作软件,用友ERP-U8往往由于学生操作不当而出现许多与教学要求不相符的问题,进而通过归纳、总结,提出了相应的解决办法,以帮助学生更好地进行理解与操作。

”英国管理学者克里斯多夫(Martin Christopher)更进一步强调供应链的重要性,他说:“市场上只有供应链而没有企业,21世纪的竞争不是企业和企业之间的竞争,而是供应链和供应链之间的竞争。
”[1]由此可以看出,现代企业应该而且必须重视供应链管理,而供应链管理课程也是会计、会计电算化专业的核心课程。
目前,该课程常用用友ERP-U8作为教学软件。
[2]本人在多年教学实践中发现,学生实际操作过程中由于操作不当往往出现许多问题,任何一个问题如不能及时解决,将直接影响学生下一步的操作,也就是说学生遇到问题教师必须立刻帮其解决,否则,无法达到教学要求。
[3]本人通过多年的教学指导,对教学中学生遇到的难点问题进行归纳总结,提出解决办法,以进一步提高学生的实际操作能力,同时,也为广大ERP管理人员提供帮助。
一、供应链管理的涵义及其意义供应链管理(Supply chain management,简称“SCM”)指在满足一定的客户服务水平的条件下,为了使整个供应链系统成本达到最小,而把供应商、制造商、仓库、配送中心和渠道商等有效地组织在一起进行产品制造、转运、分销及销售的管理方法。
