1.频度副词

定义：表示事情发生频率的副词

words：always, usually,often,sometimes,hardly ever,seldom,never

位置：实义动词之前，be动词、助动词、情态动词之后

（频度副词不影响谓语动词的三单形式）

2.短语讲解：

（1）on weekends,on the weekends,在周末 on the weekdays 在工作日

（2）help sb with sth =help sb (to)do sth 帮助某人做某事
