一项新研究发现,穿着高跟鞋去赶公交车,或许会对女性的膝盖造成一生的伤害,即使只是
跑很短的距离,也可能导致骨关节炎,而且鞋跟越高,踝关节扭伤的风险越大。

中国浙江的宁波大学研究者指出,穿高跟鞋一直是潮流的象征,但专家指出,如果穿高
跟鞋,即使只是相对较小的运动量,都有机会引致长期问题,像膝关节炎。根据相关调查报
告,90%的经常穿高跟鞋的女性都承认身体存在酸痛、疲劳、麻痹和拇囊炎等问题。

宁波大学研究团队分别测量了穿着平底鞋(鞋跟低于1.5厘米)、低跟(鞋跟低于4.5厘
米)和高跟鞋(鞋跟7厘米)的3组年轻女性臀部和脚踝的运动情况,结果发现,穿着高跟鞋
的女性跑步时,会造成膝盖和髋关节一系列的紧张,而这种现象可能导致长期损伤,经常穿
高跟鞋的女士容易患膝关节炎。

穿着高跟鞋跑步,活动过大,受力集中于膝盖,这已经被列为一种重大风险。虽然研究
团队只在实验条件下分析了21~25岁的女性小群体,但他们认为其他年龄的人如果穿高跟
鞋,也面临相同的受伤和关节磨损的风险。

除此之外,他们也发现,穿高跟鞋跑动中脚踝活动会缩减,这也存在潜在的扭伤危险。
研究人员强调,鞋跟越高,跑动时脚踝扭伤的可能性也越高。

研究的领导人表示,女性偏爱高跟不足为奇,因为高跟的鞋子会让穿着者步子更小,据
