1、口腔修复学（Prosthodont洒）}用人工装置恢复各种缺失牙及其辅助组织和颌面部各种
缺损并保持其相应的生理功能的一门临床医学科学。
2、牙体缺损：牙硬组织不同程度地被破坏、缺损或发育畸形，造成牙体形态、咬合和邻接
关系的异常。
3、固位形：能使修复体获得抵抗外力而不知脱落和移位的能力的几何形状。
4、抗力形：使修复体和换牙能抵抗颔力而不致破坏和折裂的几何形状。
5、牙体预备：泛指为恢复，改建和重建缺损，缺失人牙的解剖外形及生理功能，通过牙科
器敞对忠牙=或者邻牙进行外形的修整，以满足修复体的固位，支持，外形，美观及功能需
要的技术操作。
6、暂时冠：是在固定修复牙预备后到最终I答复体粘固前患者不能自由摘娥的临时性固定修
复．
7、过渡性修复：是为了某些颌系统疾病的治疗或为了明确诊断、美观和改善咀嚼功能，同
时也是为了最终修复体的设汁和制作提供更加的治疗方案而制作的暂时性修复．
8、颁架：又称咬合器，是模仿人体上下颁和颈下颁关节，周定上下颁模型
和颌托，在一定
程度上模拟下颌运动的仪器。
9、嵌体：是一种嵌入牙体内部用于恢复牙休缺t员的形态和功能的修复体。
10，桩冠：是利用固位桩插入根管内以获得吲位的一种全冠修复体．
11，牙本质肩领(ferrule)：冠边缘以上，核根面以下的一豳≥1.5mm的牙本质．
12、全冠( full croWn)：是用牙科修复材料制作的覆盖全牙冠的修复体．它是牙体缺损的。
dentition defect 牙列缺损：牙列缺损是指部分牙齿缺失导致的恒牙牙列不完整。
牙列缺损会影响患者咀嚼、辅助发音的功能和美观，同时还可能影响口颌系统的健康。
partial edentulisum牙列缺损edentulous 牙列缺失tooth defect牙体缺损是指由于各种原因引起的牙体硬组织不同程度的外形和结构的破坏和异常，表现为牙体失去了正常的生理解剖外形，造成正常牙体形态、咬合及邻接关系的破坏。
clinical crown临床牙冠：牙体露出口腔的部分，牙冠与牙根以龈缘为界。
inlay嵌体：嵌入牙体内部，恢复牙体形态和功能的冠内修复体。
onlay 高嵌体：覆盖整个牙冠牙合面，就位于牙体洞形内的一种嵌体。
extra-coronal retainer冠外附着体：crown冠：覆盖部分或全部临床牙冠的冠外修复体。
partial crown 部分冠：覆盖部分临床牙冠的冠外修复体。
PFM金属烤瓷冠：在高温真空条件下将烤瓷熔附在金属底冠上的制作的金瓷复合结构的全冠。
fixed partial denture 固定局部义齿：利用缺牙间隙一端或两端的天然牙、牙根和(或)种植体做支持，在其上制作固位体，并与人工牙连接成为一个整体的修复体。
用于恢复缺失牙的解剖形态和功能。
患者不能自行摘戴。
（同fixed bridge 固定桥：修复牙列缺损中一个或几个天然牙的的固定修复形式。
）abutment 基牙：为修复体提供支持固位的天然牙或者牙根。
Retainer固位体：固定桥粘固于基牙上的部分。
Pontic桥体：固定桥修复缺失牙的部分。
connector连接体:固定桥连接桥体和固位体的部分。
compound fixed bridge 复合固定桥：运用两种或两种以上的简单桥组合为复合固定桥，常用于间隙缺牙的情况，常包括四个以上的基牙，跨度较大。
model模型：在口腔印模腔中用某种模型材料灌注而成，脱模后能精确复完整再现预备体、邻牙、对颌牙以及相应软硬组织等口腔组织形态结构。
