方法:将49例NⅡT锁骨远端骨折患者采用锁骨钩钢板治疗。
结果:所有患者随访12 36个月，平均15．2个月。
平均取出锁骨钩钢板时间8．6个月。
其中肩峰下骨溶解2例，钢板近端翘起1例，钢板远端断裂1例，喙锁韧带钙化1例;其余患者无并发症发生。
按Lazcano标准进行疗效评定:优44例，良2例，差3例，优良率93．9%。
结论:锁骨钩钢板是治疗NⅡT锁骨远端骨折的有效方法，精细的术中操作和正确的功能锻炼是预防术后并发症的关键。
Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical curative effects of clavicular hook plate(CHP)in treating distal clavicular fracture of Neer Ⅱtype and analyze the causes of complications after surgery．Methods:49patients with distal clavicular fracture of NeerⅡtype were treated by clavicular hook plate．Results:All the patients were followed-up12to36months with average of15．2months．The average time for removing clavicle hook plates was8．6months after operations．Clinical outcome showed that2patients appeared bone erosion below the acromion，one patient appeared near-end upwarp of the plate，one patient appeared distal end fracture of plate，one patient ap-peared coracoclavicular ligament calcification;while the others were completely healed，without any complications．Curative effects as-sessment results according to Lazcano criteria:44cases were excellent，two were good，3were poor，and the good rate was93．9%．Con-clusion:It is one effective method for distal clavicular fracture of NeerⅡtype treated by clavicular hook plate，and two key points to pre-vent the complications are fine intraoperative operation and correct functional exercise．关键词：尼尔2型锁骨远端骨折;锁骨钩钢板;骨折并发症Key words:distal clavicular fracture of NeerⅡtype;clavicular hook plate;fracture complication中图分类号CLC number：R274．11文献标识码Document code：A文章编号Article ID：1674－8999（2012）12－1577－02锁骨骨折约占所有成人骨折的6%，是临床上较为常见的骨折类型。
锁骨钩钢板疗法在肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折上的应用摘要：通过用锁骨钩钢板治疗法对28例肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的患者进行治疗，并在采用lazzcano标准对上述患者进行术后评定，发现患者术后恢复良好，2个月左右后就可进行无痛自由活动，因此，锁骨钩钢板治疗法对肩关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折有着非常好的治疗效果。
