不同体育项目对女大学生心理健康影响的实验研究

摘 要:以湖南女子学院在校大一、二年级的女大学生为实验研究对象,对心理健康水平各维度的影响进行对比和分析,探讨不同体育锻炼项目对女大学生心理健康水平相互作用和关系。实验以随机抽取的方式将在校女大学生分为健美操组、篮球组和乒乓球组,在运动强度基本相同、每次锻炼时间和每周锻炼次数相同的情况下分别进行实验前和实验后两次心理健康问卷调查。研究结果显示:研究结果显示三个不同锻炼项目对女大学生的心理健康都有一定的影响;不同锻炼项目对心理健康水平的影响在实验前后具有不同程度的变化特点;实验后健美操锻炼项目、篮球锻炼项目和乒乓球锻炼项目对心理健康水平维度的影响程度各有不同。

A Study on Different Physical Training Courses ’ Influences on
Mental Health Levels of The Female College Students

Abstract:According to the previous studies, the physical training is helpful for
promoting college students mental health in some ways, because students can adjust
their feelings, depression to enhance mental health and ease nervousness though
physical training. This essay focuses on observing and studying the nine different
dimensional effects of various physical training courses on the female college
students’mental health and the varied effects of different training courses on the
female college students’ mental health levels of different gender. The female
college students of the women’s university are chosen as the main target of this
research and the major research content is the varied dimensional effects of various
physical training courses on the female college students’ mental health. The
research is carried out on the basis of some experiment.
