【摘要】用纤维素酶对试织小样Tencel织物进行处理,对酶处理前后Tencel织物的尺寸稳定性、悬垂性、透气透水性及折皱回复性等服用性能进行了对比测试分析.结果表明,经酶处理后Tencel织物的各项服用性能均得到提高.

摘要本文介绍了抗静电织物的发展状况,阐述了织物抗静电性能的测试方法继而对其在生活中的应用进行探讨,介绍了涤纶织物的抗静电整理及改性技术 , 并分析了各自的优缺点,最后对其发展的前景进行展望。
关键词:抗静电;织物;整理剂;应用;涤纶;改性AbstractThis article introduced the development status of Antistatic fabrics.It described the test method of antistatic performance,discussed the application in the life and by renovating to the return air system of PES POY spinning and adding throttles,the return air of 10m floor can be used in winter, so as to reduce the energy consumption and improve the quality of POY .At last,prospected the final prospected of their development.Key words: Antistatic; fabric; finishing agent; application; POY spinning; quench air1. 前言化学纤维,特别是合成纤维,具有许多优异于天然纤维的性能。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对纤维制品的消费量越来越大,因而近年来得到了迅速发展和广泛的应用[1 ],但是合成纤维在使用过程中易产生静电,由此给工业生产及人民生活带来危害。
化纤织物易产生静电,严重地限制了其使用范围,因此许多工业部门明确规定不允许在易燃易爆的场所穿着化纤类工作服[2],为此,抗静电织物的研究也应运而生,随着电子、精密机械等工艺的发展,为保证生产的正常进行和作业的安全,也必将对其应用的化学纤维织物的抗静电性提出更高的要求。
运动服装针织面料服用性能研究左艳艳;李金侠【摘要】The wearability of 4 kinds of knitted fabrics were tested and the anti-pilling property, wear resistance property, hogro- seopicity, ventilation property, degree of cold-warm, surface frictional property and the flexible degree were analyzed. The results showed that the polyester-cotton fabric and polyester mesh-fabric had preferable performance, so the fabrics could be selected as the first-chosen appare sources for making sportswear; the spandex-cotton-polyester blend fabric had poor hygroscopicity, so it was fit to make sportswear of small exercise intensity; the viscose fiber-polyester-polypropylene blend fabric had excellent comfort properties, but had poor wearability.%对4种针织面料的性能指标进行了测试,分析了面料的起毛起球性、耐磨性、吸湿性、透气性、冷暖度、表面摩擦性和刚柔性。
结果表明:涤盖棉织物和纯涤纶网眼织物的性能比较优越,可作为运动服装的首选面料;棉、涤纶、氨纶的混纺面料吸湿性较差,适合生产运动强度小的运动服;粘胶纤维、涤纶、丙纶的混纺面料舒适性能非常优越,但耐用性稍差。

织物具有什么样的服用性能,将决定其织物的品种开发及其用途。
通过研究竹原纤维织物的服用性能为其新产品的开发及应用领域的研究提供理论依据,并为服装的开发奠定基础。
如下主要研究了竹原纤维织物的舒适性和外观特性这两项服用性能。
1实验准备1.1实验材料试验样品选择相同规格的苎麻织物和竹原纤维织物,以及相近规格的纯棉织物。
主要规格如表1所示。
1.2舒适性能1.2.1透气性能试验仪器:YG(B)461D型数字式织物透气量仪。
测试条件:温度23.5℃,相对湿度75%。
试样面积:20cm2,透气量:600~3000L/m2s,试样压差:100±2Pa。
按照GB/T 5453-1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》进行操作。
1.2.2透湿性能试验仪器:YG501N织物透湿试验箱。
测试条件:温度38℃,相对湿度90%,循环气流速度为0.3~0.5m/s。
实验箱温度控制精度为±0.5℃,相对湿度控制精度为±2%。
衬衫面料物理性能分析及研究王增喜;陈爱珍;袁燕芬【摘要】Four kinds of commonly used raw materials of the high density shirt fabrics were chosen and the breaking strength, crease resilience, tear strength and other performance were tested. The physical properties of high density pure cotton fabrics, different blending ratio ofpolyester/cotton shirting fabrics and Tencel/cot-ton shirt fabric were analyzed. In most cases, tightness of warp direction is higher than weft direction, which cause to warp strength is higher than weft strength. To different raw materials of fabric, the strength of the fabric with 40% content of polyester fiber was largest, and there is little difference between Tencel/cotton blended fabric and pure cotton. When the ratio of polyester/cotton is 20/80, the splitting strength of blended fabric is relatively uniform and the resilience is the best. As to tear strength, there is no much difference in three kinds of fabric raw material. Due to warp density is higher than weft density, more numbers of warp for stress, the tearing strength of warp direction is bigger than weft.%选用了高支高密衬衫面料常用的四种原料,并对其断裂强力、折皱回复性、撕破强力等性能进行测试。

2021年6月Cotton Textile Technology混纺比对汉麻混纺纱及其织物性能的影响董媛媛钱洋刘允璞郁崇文张斌(东华大学,上海,201620)摘要:探讨混纺比对汉麻莱赛尔锦纶混纺纱及其针织物性能的影响。
为提升汉麻纺织品的性能,采用混纺方法,将汉麻与莱赛尔和锦纶混纺,制备了汉麻莱赛尔两组分和汉麻莱赛尔锦纶三组分混纺纱及其针织物,测试分析了不同混纺比纱线的力学性能、外观质量以及针织物服用性能,确定了汉麻莱赛尔锦纶混纺产品的适宜混纺比。
结果表明:设计的汉麻/莱赛尔/锦纶30/30/40混纺纱及其针织物综合性能较优,产品具有较优的抗皱、柔软耐磨性能,同时兼顾了透气透湿性。
认为:通过混纺比的优化可设计出性能较优的汉麻混纺产品。

The suitable blending ratio of hemp lyocell polyamide blended yarn were determined.The test results showed that the overall properties of the designed hemp/lyocell/polyamide30/30/40blended yarn and its knitted fabric were better. The products had better wrinkle resistance and soft&wear resistance properties.Meanwhile,it combined air and water permeability.It is considered that the hemp blended products with better properties can be designed by optimizing the blending ratios.Key Words hemp fiber,lyocell,polyamide,blending ratio,blended yarn,knitted fabric,air and water permeability汉麻种植的合法化,使市场上掀起汉麻热潮。
三种面料服用性能测试杨玫【摘要】We test and compare the tear ability,pendency ability,ventilate ability,dank ability,of pure cotton fabric,pure viscose fabric and Coolplus/cotton fabric,to give a judge for the comprehensive properties of three dif-ferent fabrics.
