1 IntroductionWith the rapid development of information technology,

network bandwidth grows ever wider, computer and network

technology-based information technology has been widely

applied in all areas of society, and gradually changing the way

people learn, work and live. With the continuous improvement

of modern means of education, teaching means more and more,

especially in computer-assisted instruction is widely used. Now,

the development of computer hardware technology has reached

a very high level, all types (video, audio, FLASH, Authorware,

PowerPoint, etc.) of multimedia courseware for teachers used,

but because of the amount of data these multimedia courseware is

very large, Download the user need to start on the site to browse

courseware courseware, and then turn on the player to watch. This

way there is a great disadvantage is that when the user to replace a

machine learning with time, need to re-download the courseware,

which gives the user a great deal of inconvenience, low learning

efficiency. In order to allow users to browse various types of

online courseware, streaming media technology has been widely

used in the network, greatly improving the effi ciency of learning.

Since the 20th century, the object-oriented method has been

widely used in computers and related fi elds, it is not only used in

the programming phase, and the application on the system design

and system analysis. Application-oriented design for use in the

control system reduces the cost of the control system to improve

the system’s ease of use, enhanced maintainability of the system,

and therefore become the development direction of the control

system.

Systems analysis and design method based on this topic

UML for object-oriented, including static modeling and dynamic

modeling; we propose a practical demand analysis based on

general UML and modeling methods, activity graph model to

express the business model, structural logic object graph layer

bandwidth in order to increase the effective amount of information

transmitted over the network, improve network effi ciency, these

between these three descriptive information resources through

education organically linked, convenient to find courseware, assessment, acquisition and management.

2 The Proposed Methodology

2.1 Multimedia CoursewareMultimedia courseware includes audio, video and other

media clips large amount of information, increasing the amount

of information throughout the courseware to meet the educational

needs of the full range of students; students can from the sound,

light, color and other aspects to learn, exactly as proximity to the

real classroom. The main purpose of this study is that in certain

network bandwidth, and how effectively these large information

improve the quality of online education services.

Abstract.With Internet technology research and gradually used in modern distance education practice, high-bandwidth, high-speed, high-reliability remote education network will be able to provide better education services to create some more opportunities and possibilities. Multimedia courseware contains audio, video and other large-capacity information object, it has been widely used in practice of distance education, distance education and the overall quality of service has a greatly improved. However, due to the current courseware fi le size is very large, the user wants to browse the courseware, need to start on the site to download and then watch to play, if the change in the place of learning, we need to download again, very cumbersome and ineffi cient. In order to facilitate the user can at any time and place can conveniently browse online courseware streaming media technology came into being. Streaming media technology has been widely used in audio, video online play.
