PDCA : 现场自主改善(NWT)问题解决步骤，计划(Plan)、实行(Do)、检查(Check)、行动(Action)。 Unit : 工作产出的标准单位，如财务部门的一张传票。 Lot : 批次。 Loss : 不良、损失。 Defect : 缺陷 总体和参数 : 作为调查和研究对象的个体的全体集合叫做总体，将总体的特性用数值表示出来的值为参数。 Sample和统计量 : 全体集合中作为调查对象搜集的部分集合叫做Sample，将样本的特征用数值表示出来的值为统计量。 连续型(计量值)Data : 可连续测量的，含有单位的值。 离散型(技术值)Data : 可表示个数的数据。 Basic Stat. : Basic Statistic，基础统计。
