摘要
随着我国科学技术的快速进步和制造业的快速发展,工业生产中自由曲面的加工应用越来越广泛。现代化生产中常采用自动编程技术对复杂曲面进行数控加工。CAXA制造工程师软件是现代化生产中较为常用的CAD/CAM软件之一。
本文基于CAXA制造工程师对复杂曲面的数控加工技术进行了研究。研究的具体内容包括以下方面:
一、基于CAXA制造工程师环境,研究了复杂曲面粗加工方法、精加工方法以及粗、精加工方法策略的选择问题,在CAXA制造工程师仿真模块创建数控加工的复杂曲面的仿真图形,然后进行仿真加工比较,从中选出更适合的复杂类曲面数控加工方法。
二、基于CAXA制造工程师环境,创建针对复杂类曲面在FANUC
21i MB型数控系统的加工中心加工时的后置处理器,并生成新的后置处理模块。
三、基于CAXA制造工程师环境下的数控仿真和实际加工处理,验证了基于CAXA制造工程师环境下采用数控加工方式对复杂曲面进行加工可以获得更好的加工质量和更高的加工效率,对提高传统数控加工的质量差、效率低的问题具有指导意义。
本论文基于 CAXA制造工程师的复杂曲面数控加工研究结果,对类似的其它复杂型腔型腔曲面加工也具有良好的借鉴意义。

英文摘要
Abstract
With the rapid progress of science and technology in China and the
development of the manufacturing sector, the industrial production in the free-form
surface machining applications are more and more widely applied. Automatic
programming techniques are often used in modern production CNC machining of
complex surfaces. CAXA Manufacturing Engineer is one software widely used in
modern production CAD/ CAM field. The paper is based on CAXA Manufacturing
Engineer studying CNC machining of complex surface. The specific contents of the
study are as follow:
First, based on the environment of CAXA manufacturing engineers, to study
complex surface roughing, finishing manufacturing methods, and coarse, finishing
the choice of methods and strategies, CNC machining of complex surface
simulation graphics created in CAXA the manufacturing engineers simulation
module, and then the simulation processing compare and choose more suitable for
complex class surface CNC machining methods.
Second, based on the environment of CAXA manufacturing engineers, to
create post processor Fanuc 21i CNC machining center for complex class surface
machining, and generate a new post-processing module.
Third, based on the NC simulation and actual processing under the
environment of CAXA Manufacturing Engineer environment, verified that the
CAXA Manufacturing Engineer environment CNC machining processing can get
better quality and higher processing efficiency of the complex surface-based, to
improve the traditional CNC machining of poor quality, low efficiency problem of
guiding significance.
CAXA Manufacturing Engineer complex surface NC machining results of this
thesis, also a good reference for other similar the complex cavity mold surface
machining.
