浅谈母乳喂养母婴分离时护理干预的作用

摘要：目的 本实验的课题主要探讨母乳喂养母婴分离时护理干预的临床效果。方法 先根
据随机数字法对本院2017年1月～2017年12月期间的216例母婴分离的产妇进行分組，108
例实验组产妇采用综合护理干预，108例对照组产妇采用常规护理干预，对比两组产妇母乳喂
养的效果。结果 实验组产妇在产后泌乳时间、泌乳量充足时间以及母乳喂养率中均优于对照
组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P

Abstract：Objective The subject of this experiment mainly discusses the clinical effect of
nursing intervention in mother-infant separation by breast-feeding.Methods according to the random
number method， 216 pregnant women separated from mother and child were divided into two
groups： from January 2017 to December 2017. 108 cases of experimental group were treated with
comprehensive nursing intervention. 108 cases of control group were treated with routine nursing
intervention to compare the effect of breast-feeding between the two groups.Results the postpartum
lactation time， lactation quantity sufficient time and breast-feeding rate in the experimental group
were better than those in the control group， and the difference between the two groups was
statistically significant （P < 0.05）.Conclusion practical and effective nursing intervention has good
clinical effect in pregnant women separated from mother and infant， can effectively improve the
effect of breast-feeding of parturient， and has higher popularizing value.
