第二节：短文写作 One possible version:
Feeling regretful is unavoidable for everyone. However, from my perspective, not all things
are worth regretting. Only those things that you dare not attempt deserve regretting.
Once, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of our school, a grand ceremony was to be held. All
my classmates were enthusiastic about it, hoping to make their own contributions. Gifted as I was
in dancing, I didn’t dare to dance in front of a large audience, due to my shyness. When seeing
their excellent performance on the stage, a strong sense of repentance（后悔）flooded into my
heart.
Not until then did I realize how regretful I felt, for I even didn’t give myself a chance to try it.
In the future, I will grasp every opportunity to do what I can do to avoid regretting.
