摘要
“食堂就餐问题”数学模型是通过建立就餐满意度指标来分析各食堂的就餐比例从而分析各食堂学生比例,并预测各食堂人数的长期变化趋势,最后基于模型及结论对学校餐饮体系做出总结并提出可行性建议。

Summary
"Canteen question" mathematical model is established to analyze the
satisfaction index dining dining cafeteria to analyze the ratio of the proportion
of students each cafeteria and canteen predict long-term trends of each number, and
finally the conclusions based on the model and make a summary of the school meals
system and propose feasible suggestions.

一、 问题重述
良好的餐饮服务体系是学生良好校园生活的保障,是学校后勤服务系统的最重要环节之一。食品安全一直受到学校领导及广大学生的高度重视,食堂体系也反映出学校的管理体系优化与否,所以深层次的挖掘与分析,科学处理合理利用这次的模型与结论可以更好地服务于学生,提高学校后勤服务质量。根据怀化学院的当前状态建立数学模型并解决下列问题。
1) 建立合理的就餐满意度指标,并按此指标,对学校现有食堂做出综合评价。
2) 在问题(1)的满意度指标影响下,分析各食堂就餐学生的比例,并预测该比例的长期变化趋势。
3) 基于你的模型和结论,总结学校餐饮体系的优缺点,并提出一些可行性的建议。
二、 问题分析
1) 对于问题一:建立合理的就餐满意度指标,并按此指标,对学校现有食堂做出综合评价。综合考虑多方面因素,分别从宿舍、教学楼、食堂三者之间的位置关系,所给食品的量,餐饮分类,卫生条件,早中晚餐的区别,营业时间,服务态度等做出综合评价,拟定为表
2) 对于问题二:在问题一的满意度指标影响下,分析各食堂就餐学生的比例,并预测该比例的长期变化趋势。由表1清楚地看到各食堂的满意度,再根据满意度预测各食堂的学生比例拟定扇形图为图1.并由图1预测比例长期的变化趋势。
3) 对于问题三基于你的模型和结论,总结学校餐饮体系的优缺点,并提出一些可行性的建议。根据模型及结论做出最后总结,指出其中的优缺点提出建议。
总结: 单一个体不能体现所有人的真实想法,调查尽量多的个体才能反映真实情况,再根据其他数据综合分析,比较才能得出真实结果,并且合理区分被调查项目在满意度中所占比例。建立一个最合理的满意度指标分布表。
三、模型假设
1) 假设每一位被调查者反映的情况都是真实的。
2) 对于统一学生对待所有食堂的评价标准都是一样的。
3) 调查人数有限,不可能调查到所有学生。采用随机样本抽取的方法,可以反应大多数学生的状况。

根据食堂的就餐问题,通过随机调查问卷的方法,分析调查结果,得出学生对各个食堂的满意度指数
