拉萨市旅游资源的开发现状及对策研究
摘要
旅游业是现代经济发展中势头最强劲、规模最大的产业之一，已成为第三产业的先导性产业。旅游业在推动经济增长、调整产业结构、扩大消费需求、带动社会就业、塑造城市形象、扩大对外影响等方面都具有十分重要的作用。改革开放以来，伴随着中国旅游业的快速发展，拉萨市旅游业也发生了天翻地覆的变化。拉萨市旅游经济快速发展、资源整合初见成效、产业结构不断优化、配套设施逐步完善的同时，拉萨市旅游业存在的问题也在突现，如竞争不强、新兴旅游产品发展不足，旅游资源开发用地受约束、郊区县旅游业相对落后，旅游购物、美食和娱乐发展滞后。
首先，本文将概述拉萨市旅游资源的优势，将旅游资源的优势进一步进行描述，并详细的描述拉萨市进行旅游开发的必要性。
其次，本文将讲述拉萨市旅游资源开发过程中所存在的问题，并仔细研究问题，找到问题存在的原因。
再次，本文将详细阐述针对拉萨市旅游资源开发过程中存在问题的解决方法，并提出促进拉萨市旅游资源开发的对策。

Abstract
Tourism is one of the strongest and biggest industries in the modern economic society; it has been the percussive industry in the tertiary industry. The tourism has very important effect in side of the economic growth, adjustment industrial structure, the expansion consumer demand, leads the social employment, to portray the urban image, and so on. The policy of Reform and Open, the development of China’s tourism has been fasting. Lhasa’s tourism has been changed. The economic of Lhasa’s tourism develop fastly, resources conformity wins initial success, Industrial structure and Matching facilities have consummated gradually. At the same time, Lhasa’s tourism has been existed some problems. Such as, the competition’s power is very poor, the development of new tourism’s products lacked, engaging the recourses of tourism to open up, the suburb’s tourism is backed. The development of tour shopping and amusement in Lhasa is lag.
At first I will introduce the advantage of the recourses in Lhasa’s tourism. Then, I will deep describe the advantage of tourism’s recourses, and detailed describe the necessary in tourism recourse development.
The second, I will describe the problems in process of tourism recourse development, and I will research the problems carefully and find the reasons.
At last, I will introduce the problems’ solutions during the process in tourism recourse development; write on the solutions advance the tourism recourse development.
