(5)在冷冻水泵进溴化锂制冷机的冷冻水管线上设计有温度控制阀,根据水温调节溴化锂制冷机负荷,自动加减制冷用0.5MPa 低压蒸气用量,并将温度参数信号引到DCS 电脑控制界面,以便24h 全天候监控。
(6)定期做好工厂中循环水系统的监控,确保水的PH 值、硬度、腐蚀率、电导率等参数,以免水质变化影响内盘管换热器的换热效率和事故发生。
3结论通过液氮气化现状分析,提出PTA 工厂液氮气化冷量回收利用的各种可行方案,并对比分析,得到以下结论:(1)可在现有氮气空温式气化器上方加设水喷淋装置,下方加设蓄水池,其喷淋下的水经过氮气气化器时,液氮吸收水的热量气化。
蓄水池中的水输送到办公区以及厂房内的风冷式换热器中换热,从而对环境进行降温,有效地利用了液氮气化时产生的冷量,同时可以不采用或者减少电能来制冷,节约了电能。
此方案可以在已经投产的项目上方便的进行改造,设备简单,布置紧凑,投入少。
但回收的能量有限,需要多台泵运行,长期运行能耗较高。
(2)可通过引入循环水冷却池内浸入换热的气化器,将液氮气化冷量回收利用于循环水系统中。
利用PTA 工厂均设有的庞大的循环水系统,循环水量充足且循环水温度随大气温度变化小的优点,把空浴式气化器经过一些设计改动后放置在循环水池中,利用流动的循环冷却水提供的热源使气化器内的低温液体气化;同时也可以降低循环水的温度,节省了冷却塔风机的电负荷。
(3)根据PTA 工厂实际需要,可以将多余冷量利用于PTA 工厂冷冻水系统中,可以在冷冻机的回水管安装内盘管换热器,管程为液氮气化吸热,壳程内为回水,在进入冷冻机前温度下降,减少冷冻机的开机功率,回收部分冷量[3]。
但这需要从一开始设计工厂时就考虑到回收此部分液氮的冷量,冷冻站及液氮站最好临近布置。
(4)实施液氮气化冷量回收利用工艺,能够改变目前空浴气化的方式,可以回收冷量,带来可观的经济效益的同时也提高了人员操作环境,减少投资成本。
