EOS:Electronic order system电子订货系统。不同素质间利用通讯网络和终端设备以在线联结方式进行订货作业与订货信息交换的体系。
MRP:Material requirements planning物料需要计划。一种工业制造企业内的物资计划管理模式。根据产品结构各层次物品的从属和数量关系，以每个物品为计划对象，以完工日期为时间基准倒排计划，按提前期长短区别各个物品下达计划时间的先后顺序。
MRP II:Manufacturing resource planning。制造资源计划。从整体最优的角度出发，运用科学的方法，对企业的各种制造资源和企业生产经营各环节实行合理有效地计划、组织、控制和协商，达到既能连续均衡生产，又能最大限度地降低各钟物品的库存量，进而提高企业经济效益的管理方法。
JIT:Just in time。准时制。在精确测定生产各工艺环节作业效率的前提下安定单准确的计划，消除一切无效作业与两费为目标的一种管理模式。
