My Lesson - Reflections on Unit 1 of Grade 6 English
In the first unit of my Grade 6 English class, we learned about
different hobbies and activities that people enjoy. This unit was
very interesting and engaging, as it allowed us to explore some
of our own interests and learn about the hobbies of others.
One of the key topics we covered in this unit was discussing
our favorite hobbies and why we enjoy them. This was a great
way for us to practice our speaking and writing skills, as we had
to describe our hobbies in detail and explain why they are
important to us. By doing this, we were able to expand our
vocabulary and improve our ability to express ourselves in
English.
In addition to talking about our own hobbies, we also
learned about the hobbies of other people from different

教学目标:
1. 能听、说、读、写单词exercise和动词短语eat breakfast,do morning exercises,have ... class,play sports,eat dinner;能听、说、认读单词a.m. p. m.
2. 能运用句型When do you ... ? I … at … a.m. /p.m../At …
o’clock. 询问别人的作息时间并回答。
教学重点:
1.能听、说、读、写四会单词和动词短语。
2.在情景中运用句型“When do you (usually) …?”询问他人的作息时间并作答。
教学难点:
exercise的发音;a.m.和p.m.的含义和运用。at +时间点”表示“在某个具体的时间点(此难点为预设难点,教师可根据班里实际情况调整)
