本科生优秀毕业论文奖励制度
一篇优秀的毕业论文凝聚着指导教师和学生的大量心血，包含着师生的大量辛勤劳动。

为了提高师生对毕业论文工作的重视，鼓励师生共同努力做出更高水平的毕业设计，特制定该奖励制度：
一、奖金奖励制度
1.凡被评为院级优秀毕业论文的，学院奖励指导教师奖金200元；
2.凡院级优秀论文被评为校级优秀毕业论文的，学院再奖励指导教师奖金200元；
3.论文被SC1.收录的第一作者所获奖励方式和额度（如果第一作者是研究生，则奖励其导师，但导师必须是通讯作者）为：
获奖金额二影响因子χ800元
（注：影响因子小于1的均定为800元，其他情况均在十位上进位。

影响因子查询以前一年度的国际公布的为准）
4.论文被EI、ISTP收录的第一作者所获奖励和额度（如果第一作者是研究生，则奖励其导师，但导师必须是通讯作者）为：500元。

5.论文在学校认定的核心刊物上发表的第一作者所获奖励和额度（如果第一作者是研究生，则奖励其通讯作者的导师）为：300元。

二、赠送优秀论文集奖励制度
1.凡被评为院级优秀论文的，赠送指导教师及学生各一本院优秀论文集。

2.凡被评为校级优秀论文的，赠送指导教师及学生各一本校优秀论文

高水平学术论文奖励范围及标准

第七条高水平学术论文奖励范围及标准
一、论文发表奖
1．对我校教职工以大学为第一单位在“Nature”、“Science”上发表的论文给予10万元/篇奖励。

2.以大学为第一署名单位，我校教职工为第一作者（或我校在读研究生为第一作者，导师为第二作者）发表的中国百篇最具影响学术论文奖励1万元/篇，中国精品科技期刊顶尖论文（F5000）奖励0.5万元/篇。

3.以大学为第一署名单位，我校教职工为第一作者，在《人民日报》、《光明日报》理论版发表专题文章奖励0.5万元/篇。

二、论文收录奖
被SCI(《科学引文索引》)、SSCI（《社会科学引文索引》）、EI（《工程索引》）、CSSCI（《中文社会科学引文索引》）、A&HCI （《艺术与人文引文索引》）收录的我校教职工以大学为署名单位发表的论文给予奖励。

所发表论文同时被多种检索、文摘收录，不重复奖励，按最高额度进行奖励。

其奖励标准为：1．期刊论文被《SCI》收录，论文发表在Ⅰ区的论文奖励标准为5万元/篇，发表在Ⅱ区的论文奖励标准为2万元/篇，发表在Ⅲ区、Ⅳ区的论文奖励标准为1万元/篇；期刊论文被《SSCI》收录1万元/篇；ESI前3%高被引论文奖励标准为5万元/篇。

2．期刊论文被《EI》、《A&HCI》收录0.4万元/篇。

科研奖励管理制度

科研奖励管理制度

科研奖励管理制度一、总则为了促进科研工作的开展，提高科研人员的积极性和创新能力，本单位制定科研奖励管理制度。

二、奖励范围1. 本制度适用于本单位所有从事科研工作的科研人员。

2. 奖励范围包括科研项目的成果奖励、科研论文的发表奖励、科研成果的转化奖励等。

三、奖励标准1. 科研项目的成果奖励（1）完成国家级科研项目的科研人员，根据项目的难度和创新性进行奖励，奖金最高可达项目经费的20%。

（2）完成省部级科研项目的科研人员，奖金最高可达项目经费的15%。

（3）完成地方级科研项目的科研人员，奖金最高可达项目经费的10%。

2. 科研论文的发表奖励（1）发表本人为第一作者或通讯作者的SCI收录论文，奖励5000元。

（2）发表本人为第一作者或通讯作者的SSCI收录论文，奖励3000元。

（3）发表本人为第一作者或通讯作者的核心期刊论文，奖励2000元。

3. 科研成果的转化奖励（1）完成科研成果的产业化转化，取得显著经济效益的，奖励30%的经济效益。

（2）完成科研成果的技术转让，取得显著经济效益的，奖励20%的经济效益。

四、奖励管理1. 科研成果奖励由单位科研管理部门统一审核、审批、发放。

2. 科研论文发表奖励由单位学术委员会审核、科研管理部门审批、发放。

3. 科研成果转化奖励由单位科技合作部门审核、单位领导审批、发放。

五、奖励评定1. 科研项目的成果奖励评定标准包括项目的科技创新程度、经济社会效益和技术转化情况等。

2. 科研论文的发表奖励评定标准包括论文对学科的贡献、影响因子和被引次数等。

3. 科研成果的转化奖励评定标准包括转化效益和市场影响等。

六、奖励管理机构1. 单位科研管理部门负责奖励申报、评定、发放等工作。

2. 学术委员会负责对科研论文的发表奖励进行审核评定。

3. 科技合作部门负责对科研成果的产业化转化和技术转让进行审核评定。

七、奖励资金来源1. 科研项目的成果奖励资金由单位专门设立的科研奖励基金提供。

2. 期刊论文投稿奖励，对于成功投稿但未被采纳的论文，公司也将给予一定的奖励，以鼓励员工勇于尝试和坚持不懈。

三、综合奖励。

1. 年度最佳论文奖，公司将每年评选出一篇年度最佳论文，并给予5000元的奖励，同时在公司内部和外部进行广泛宣传。

2. 期刊影响力奖，对于在一定时间内被引用次数较多的论文，公司将根据引用量给予相应的奖励，以鼓励员工撰写具有影响力的论文。

以上奖励方案将于下个月正式实施，希望各部门和员工能够积极参与公司期刊的撰写和发表工作，共同提升公司期刊的质量和影响力，为公司的学术研究和发展贡献力量。
