. . . . .. .. .. 摘要 本文对多绳磨擦式矿井提升机发展及应用、种类及结构进行了综合阐述,对多绳摩擦式矿井提升的优缺点进行了分类和研究;论证了多绳摩擦提升的工作原理;介绍了多绳摩擦式矿井提升机的各种型号;在制动工作原理进行说明的基础上,对制动器进行了选型。结合特定的矿井的采煤及地质情况,对多绳摩擦式矿井提升机进行设备选型,形成一整套完备的矿井提升系统,整个系统的电控系统非常重要,所以最后对所设计的系统进行了电控系统设计。 多绳摩擦式矿井提升机系统的各系统的型号选型计算,及对各系统的统一布置,确定各系统的工作位置和尺寸,这些对多绳摩擦式矿井提升机在实际应用中提供了必要参数。
