課程大綱 課程名稱，編號與學分數： 1. 職能治療技術學二下 409 39402 2學分（2小時） 2. 職能治療技術學實習二下 409 39422 1學分（3小時） 上課時間： 1. 職能治療技術學二下 95年2月21日至95年6月20日每週二上午10:20至12:10 2. 職能治療技術學實習二下 95年2月20日至95年6月19日每週一上午9:10至12:10 上課地點：職能治療學系430教室（台北市徐州路17號，台大公衛大樓四樓） 開課教師：吳錦喻 (Tel: 3322-8166) 合開課教師：潘璦琬、毛慧芬、曾美惠、褚增輝、王治文 課程描述： 1. 簡介治療架構與治療活動設計之關係。 2. 介紹團體動力學的理論並實習帶領活動團體的技巧。 3. 老人學：介紹並實習老化的理論，老人復健學與職能治療的關係，老人在生理、心理、社會及經濟各方面的問題。職能治療師在老人復健及各種老人照護機構中的角色、評估與介入方式。 課程目標： 1. 學生能瞭解各治療架構中的理論基礎，原則，評估方法，及治療手法，並清楚可應用的時機。 2. 學生能瞭解團體動力學的基礎理論，並體驗如何帶領活動團體。 3. 老人學： a. Understand ageing and development as normal life processes and perceive the importance of interdisciplinary study and practice. b. Recognize the anatomical, psychological, and cognitive changes of advancing age and differentiate these changes from disease or pathological processes. c. Understand the sensory changes of advancing age and demonstrate the ability of knowing the methods to compensate the sensory changes. d. Understand the importance of nutrition and proper drug use to the occupational performance of older adults. e. Understand roles and the functions of occupational therapy personnel in geriatric practice in institutional and community setting including acute 2
