整堂课以特殊疑问词how、what、when、who、where展开设计，让学生带着问题进行阅读，同时采用图片、思维导图等方式辅助学生对故事进行理解。

联系生活实际，生活中的好事坏事无法预料与控制，但是心态不一样，产生的结果就不一样。

最后，让学生结合自己生活经历写一篇小短文记叙发生在自己身上的好事和坏事。

通过这堂课的学习，培养学生学会主动调整心态的意识，也训练了学生记录自己生活的习惯。
