摘 要 随着国民经济的增长,我国专用汽车市场进入了快速成长期。2005年专用汽车生产企业已经有628家,专用汽车品种已经达到4900多个,2005年专用汽车产量达70万辆,占载货汽车总产量的40%。作为专用汽车中一个分支的自卸汽车,陆续出现了多种多样的型式,其中最常见的是后倾式自卸汽车。 本文首先对自卸汽车国内外发展现状及设计内容作了相关的概述。接着,按照自卸汽车设计步骤,从车厢设计、举升机构的设计选型、液压系统的设计等方面对CA3071PK2AEA80自卸汽车进行总体设计,并对主车架、副车架进行了改装与设计。对整个CA3071PK2AEA80自卸汽车的外廓尺寸、轮距与轴距尺寸、前悬后悬以及整车的装载质量、整备质量、总质量、和轴载质量进行了相关的计算与设计。 关键字:专用汽车,自卸汽车,总体布置,举升机构 毕业设计(论文)报告纸

Abstract With the national economic growth , China's auto market has entered a special rapid growth.2005 Special Purpose Vehicle manufacturers have been 628,Special Purpose Vehicle has reached more than 4900 varieties,2005 special vehicle production reached 700,000,Accounting for 40% of total truck. As a Special Purpose Vehicle in a branch of the dump truck , has been found in a wide variety of types , of which the most common is backward curved dump truck. In this paper, firstly, I made a general about the auto unload vehicle design and its development domestic and abroad. Then, at the point of compartment, rising organization etc, I started the design of the CA1167PK2EA80 auto unload vehicle. Also, I refit and designed the vice-car stalk. To whole CA1167PK2EA80 the lading quantity, reorganization quantity, measure, tread, wheelbase, forward suspension behind,proceeded the related calculation and design.
