CRTERProgressintheendothelializationofvascularprosthesesAbstractOBJECTIVE:Tosummarizethecurrentprogressintheendothelializationofvascularprostheses,andtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofvariouskindsofendothelializationmethods,soastolookaheadthedevelopmentdirectionofendothelializationofvascularprosthesesinfuture.DATASOURCES:Acomputer-basedonlinesearchofPubMeddatabasewasundertakentoidentifyarticlesabouttheendothelializationofvascularprosthesespublishedinEnglishfromJanuary1995toJuly2006withthekeywordsof"Vascularprostheses,Endothelialcells,Endothelialization".Meanwhile,therelevantChinesearticlesweresearchedfromthedatabaseofChineseScientificandTechnicalPeriodicals(VipInformation)publishedbetweenJanuary1995andJuly2006withthesamekeywordsinChinese.STUDYSELECTION:Thedatawereselectedfirstly,andthequotationsofeacharticlewerelookedover.Inclusivecriteria:Articlesrelatedtothecharacteristicsofvascularendothelialcellsortheprogressinresearchoftheendothelializationofvascularprostheses.Exclusivecriteria:RepetitiveresearchorMetaanalysisarticles.DATAEXTRACTION:Totally277articleswerecollectedincluding247foreignliteraturesand30Chineseones,ofwhich34wereinaccordancewiththeinclusivecriteria.243oldcontentorrepetitiveresearcheswereexcluded.Ofthe34articles,therewere4articlesonthebiologicalcharacteristicsofendothelialcells,and30abouttheprogressoftheendothelializationofvascularprostheses.DATASYNTHESIS:Vascularendothelialcellscouldnotonlyserveasthebarrierstructurebetweenthevascularwallandblood,butalsopreventthethrombogenesiseffectively,keepthebalancebetweenvasoconstrictionandvasodilatation,andbloodclottingandanticoagulatedblood.Vascularendothelialcellscouldformasystemofanticoagulatedandantithrombogenesisonthesurfaceoflumen,tokeepthenormalbloodflowandlong-termpatencyofvascularvessel.Thelong-termpatencyrateaftervascularprosthesesinclinicwaslow,especiallyinmiddleandsmallcaliberarteryandveintransplantation.Manydomesticandforeignexperimentshavebeenconfirmedthattheendothelializationofvascularprosthesescouldreducethethrombogenesisandinhibittheintimalhyperplasiatoimprovethelong-termpatencyrateofvascularprostheses.Atpresent,themethodsoftheendothelializationofvascularprostheseswerevariedincludingspontaneousendothelialization,autoallergicveinendothelialcellssingle-stageseeding,microvascularendothelialcellhigh-densityseeding,invitroendothelialcellstwo-stageseedingandsoon.Everymethodhastheadvantagesanddisadvantages.CONCLUSION:Thoughtheendothelializationofvascularprosthesescouldimprovethelong-termpatencyratesignificantly,thecurrentendothelializedmethodshavesomedisadvantages.Withthedevelopmentofmolecularbiologyandgeneengineering,theoutlookoftheendothelializationofvascularprosthesescouldbewideinfuture.HuB,HeYZ.Progressintheendothelializationofvascularprostheses.ZhongguoZuzhiGongchengYanjiuyuLinchuangKangfu2007;11(10):1923-1926(China)[www.zglckf.com/zglckf/ejournal/upfiles/07-10/10k-1923(ps).pdf]摘要目的:总结目前人工血管内皮化的研究进展及各种内皮化方法的优缺点,展望未来人工血管内皮化的发展方向。
中药对内皮祖细胞作用的研究进展李家云方朝晖安徽中医学院第一附属医院安徽合肥 230031【摘要】内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cell,epc)是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞,在生理或病理因素刺激下,可从骨髓被动员到外周血进行损伤修复。
近年来的研究显示,内皮祖细胞在心脑血管疾病、糖尿病血管并发症、肿瘤血管形成及创伤愈合等方面均发挥重要作用。
本文主要从中药提取物、单味中药、中药复方制剂三个方面,综述了中药对内皮祖细胞作用的影响进行综述。
【关键词】内皮祖细胞;中药;综述1中药提取物对内皮祖细胞作用的影响1 1川芎嗪刘俊松等【1】应用2.5F球囊导管造成兔腹主动脉去内皮损伤模型,实验发现,EPCs+川芎嗪组新生内膜/中膜厚度明显低于EPCs组,新生内膜面积明显高于EPCs组,两组均与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,由此说明EPCs可促进受损血管内膜修复,川芎嗪具有增强EPCs 修复血管内膜的作用。
1 2丹酚酸B丹酚酸B (Sal B)是从中药丹参中提取的一种水溶性成分。
李庆雯等【4】通过根据丹酚酸B对内皮祖细胞的细胞活力的影响,筛选出最佳药物浓度(8 ms/L)的丹酚酸B作用于离体的EPCs,与对照组比较可有效促进EPCs的黏附,趋化能力,同时增殖的细胞数量也明显增加,说明中药单体丹酚酸B对内皮祖细胞具有保护作用,增强其细胞功能。
1 3丹参酮II陈晓锋等【5】采用体外培养外周血EPCs,观察Ta nII对内皮祖细胞增殖、粘附和迁移功能的影响,研究表明Ta nII能改善EPCs的增殖、迁移和粘附能力;提示Ta nII不但可直接对内皮细胞具有保护作用,可能同时增加EPCs 的数量并改善其功能,从而促进内皮修复和冠脉侧支循环形成,改善冠心病患者的临床症状和预后。
1 4丹参素肖刚峰等【6】实验发现,丹参素不但能增加EPC的数量,且能改善EPC的增殖、迁移、黏附能力,提示丹参对缺血性疾病保护作用的部分机制可能是通过增加外周血中EPC的数量并改善其功能,从而促进内皮修复,血管新生。
