Good afternoon, everyone, It’s my pleasure to be here and share my lesson with
you. The content of my lesson is from Higher Vocational English Book1, Unit 5 Birds
Flying Backwards. I’ll explain how to teach and why to do so from the following 7
aspects: analysis of the teaching material, the learners, the teaching methods, the
learning methods, the teaching procedures, the blackboard design, and reflections
after teaching. First, let me talk about the teaching material.
Ⅰ. Analysis of Teaching Material (教材分析):
My understanding of the teaching material includes 3parts: the status and function,
teaching objectives, the important and difficult points.
