multidropapplications.Eachserializerblockinthe

DS92LV8028operatesindependentlybyusingstrobesfrom

asinglesharedPLL.

TheDS92LV8028usesasingle+3.3Vpowersupplywitha

typicalpowerdissipationof740mW(3.3V/PRBS/66MHz).

Eachserializerchannelhasauniquepowerdowncontrolto

furtherconservepowerconsumption.

Forhigh-speedLVDSserialdatatransmission,linequalityis

essential,thustheDS92LV8028includesan@SPEEDTEST

function.EachSerializerchannelhastheabilityinternally

generatedaPRBSdatapattern.Thispatternisreceivedby

specificdeserializers(SCAN921224)whichhavethe

complementPRBSverificationcircuit.Thedeserializer

checksthedatapatternforbiterrorsandreportsanyerrors

onthetestverificationpinsonthedeserializer.
