(1).Transmission system is 45°helical gear system consisted of cyclical pinwheel reducer, transmission shaft, spiral gear, driven supporting, triple bearing coupling, quadplex bearing coupling etc.(2).烧成带利用公称直径相同,齿数不同的螺旋来改变相邻两辊棒的转速,以达到平稳传送制品,减少变形的目的,即差速传动系统。

(2). Fired area adopts helical gear with public diameter and different teeth to change the rotating speed of neighbor rollers to convey the tile stably and avoid the distortion of the production, namely differential transmission system.(3).调速装置采用变频器来调速,可在烧成周期30~50分钟内任意无级调节。

(3). Speed adjustment is finished by transducer which can adjust the speed stepless during 30~50 minutes’ firing cycle.(4).窑炉的传动由7台摆线针轮减速器(带动7组传动,)驱动,当其中的一组的任一台减速器发生故障或停止转动时,其前组减速器会自动或手动正反往复运转,后组的减速器转向不变,其作用在出现故障或需短时间检修时,可避免窑炉内烧制品堆叠、堵塞现象,减少产品的损失和陶瓷辊棒的断裂。

(4). The kiln is driven by 7 cycloidal pinwheels reducers, If any one of the reducer is in trouble or stop running, the one before it will run forward and backward automatically (or manually), but the back one will run normally, thus to avoid the tile pile or block in the kiln during trouble excluding or repair, also, this function can decrease the production loss and rupture of ceramics roller.注意:在每组传动区域内,其窑温超过250℃时,应不能停止传动超过5分钟,避免辊棒因静止而引起受热变形,导致辊棒的报废。

Note: In every transmission group, the transmission device should not stop working over 5 minutes if the temperature is over 250°C to avoid distortion even discarding the roller as over-heated.B. 风管系统由下列几部分组成: Structure of air pipe system:(1).排烟风机、风管:设置在窑炉的预热段前,通过排烟通道,把窑内的烟气抽出并部份供给干燥窑作干燥生坯用。

(1). Smoke exhaust fan & air pipe: Equipped in the pre-heat section of kiln. It can be used to exhaust the smoke in the kiln and partly supply for drying kiln to dry green body.(2).助燃风机、风管:主要分布在窑炉烧成带的顶部及底部,作供给喷枪燃料燃烧所需。

(2). Combustion auxiliary fan、air pipe: Mainly equipped at the top and the bottom of fired area, to supply air for combustion of burner’s fuel.(3).急冷风机、风管:其管道分布在高箱最后三区,用变频器自动控制急冷段温度。

(3). Rapid cooling fan、air pipe: Mainly equipped at the last three sections of tall box and controlled automatically by the transducer to adjust the temperature of rapid cooling section.(4).抽热风机、风管:制品缓冷、抽出窑炉内热气供给干燥窑作干燥生坯用,为干燥窑主要热源之一,缓冷风管均布在急冷后的窑炉顶部,抽进的外部冷空气通过缓冷风管壁与窑内进行热交换,带走窑内热量来降低窑炉温度从而达到冷却制品的目的,其总管上设置了一台执行器带动阀门来自动控制缓冷温度。

(4). Heat withdrawing fan、air pipe: Hot air from kiln after combustion is main heat source for the dry kiln to dry the green body. Slow cooling air pipe is equipped at the top of kiln, which is behind rapid cooling section. Cool air outside soaked in exchange heat-energy with the kiln through slow cooling air pipe and takes away the heat in the kiln to cool the production. One executor with valve is set on the main pipe to control the slow-cool temperature automatically.(5).终冷风机、风管:其管道分布在缓冷后端,鼓送冷风直接对产品进行冷却。
