Despite the growing awareness of health, most people won’t come to r ealize the preciousness of health until they get sick. It is true tha t a certain amount of exercise is beneficial for health but the absen ce of sports venues poses a big challenge to all sports fans. Unlike natural woods, parks along both sides of busy streets are not ideal p laces for exercising for the air is no longer healthy which may incre ase the risk of all kinds of chronic diseases.

一般来说，文献类
和新闻报道的翻译多采用直译，因为翻译这类文献关键在于译文的准确性；而对诗歌散文、戏剧电影、小说传记等以情动人的作品，翻译时应多采用意译，以充分再现原文的意境情趣。

Techniques of translation can vary according to different writing sty les. Generally speaking, literal translation is mostly used when the target articles are documents or news reports that emphasize the impo rtance of accuracy. For articles written to touch people’s hearts, s uch as poems, proses, film scripts, novels and autobiographies, free translation is mainly adopted in order to exhibit the artistic concep tion of original works to the fullest.
