二、牙买加体系的主要内容：
（一）扩大特别提款权的储备资产作用，未来以特别提款权为 主要的储备资产，成员国用特别提款权在成员国之间或与国际
货币基金组织开展业务。
（二）确定浮动汇率合法性，允许固定汇率制和浮动汇率制同 时并存，成员国可自行选择汇率制度。但国际货币基金组织有 权对成员国的汇率进行监督，以避免成员国通过操纵汇率来赢 得不公平的竞争利益。
