三、样本选取方法1、样本空间中证民营企业综合指数样本空间由全部A股股票组成。

中证民营企业200指数样本空间由同时满足以下条件的A股股票组成：n上市时间超过三个月，除非该股票的日均总市值排在沪深两市前30 位；n非ST，*ST股票，非暂停上市股票；n经营状况良好，最近一年无重大违法违规事件，财务报告无重大问题；n股价无明显的异常波动或市场操纵。

2、选样方法（1）全部民营企业上市公司筛选在沪深两市全部A股中，主要依据上市公司定期报告和股权变动公告判断该上市公司是否为民营企业上市公司。

判断的主要标准为上市公司实际控制人，将实际控制人为境内自然人（包括港澳台）控股的上市公司归为民营企业上市公司。

（2）指数选样中证民营企业综合指数选样方法：全部民营企业上市公司的股票组成中证 民营企业综合指数样本。

中证民营企业200指数选样方法：第一，计算样本空间内股票最近一年（新股为上市以来）的A 股日均成交金额与日均总市值；第二，剔除中证民营企业综合指数样本中最近一年的A 股日均成交金额排名在沪深两市后20%的股票；第三，对剩余民营企业上市公司按照最近一年日均A 股总市值由高到低进行排名，原则上选取排名在前200名的股票作为指数样本。

报告期指数=报告期样本股的调整市值/基期×1000
其中，调整市值=Σ(股价×调整股本数×等权重因子)，调整股本数的计算方法同沪深300指数，设置等权重因子使得指数中所有样本股权重相等。
