(2)表示对现在的动作或状态进行主观的猜想,主要用在否定句和疑问句中。
(3)表示可能性,理论上的可能性,意为“有时候可能会”,可用于确定句。
(4)表示允许,意思与may接近。
(5)表示说话人的推想、怀疑、惊异、猜想或不愿定等,主要用于否定句、疑问句或感叹句中。
(6)can的特别句型cannottoo / enough表示“无论怎么。

2、could的用法(1)表示力量,指的是过去时间。

二、may 和might1、may的用法(1)表示询问或说明一件事可不行以做。
(2)表示一件事或许会发生或某种状况可能会存在,通常用在确定句和否定句中。
留意:表示可能性时,cant语气强,表示“不行能”,may not 语气弱,表示“可能不”。
短语知识一、并列短语有两个或两个以上的名词、动词、形容词组成。
如:调查研究,你们和他们,省,市,县,等等。

三、动宾短语由动词和宾语组成。
如:歌唱祖国、顾全大局、做作业、是散文、喝凉水等等动宾之间是支配与被支配、关涉与被关涉的关系。
动词+宾语。
宾语是回答动词“谁”、“什么”、“哪儿”的。
例如:消灭敌人放下包袱丢下它发展生产进行斗争骗取信任恢复平静爱热闹下决心有幽默感像珍珠四、后补短语A、动+补由动词(形容词)和补语组成。
如:看清楚、做得完、住一宿、跑得快、红透了、富得冒油等等。
动补短语中的补语不能回答动词“谁”、“什么”“哪儿”。

题干中往往没有明确的时间状语,需要考生搜索出时间参照信息。
英语有16种时态,中学阶段常用的是10种。
一、动词的基本形式一览表1. 一般过去时和现在完成时1)一般过去时只表示过去发生的动作或状态,常和表过去的时间状语连用,即仅谈过去,不关现在。

做题前,要认真阅读题目要求、题干和选项,并对答案内容作出合理预测;答题时,切忌跟着感觉走,最好按照题目序号来做,不会的或存在疑问的,要做好标记,要善于发现,找到题目的题眼所在,规范答题,书写工整;答题完毕时,要认真检查,查漏补缺,纠正错误。
总之,在最后的复习阶段,学生们不要加大练习量。
在这个时候,学生要尽快找到适合自己的答题方式,最重要的是以平常心去面对考试。
英语最后的复习要树立信心,考试的时候遇到难题要想“别人也难”,遇到容易的则要想“细心审题”。
