浅谈中小企业外包培训院系:河南城建学院工商管理系专业:市场营销专业学号:姓名:指导老师:摘要与大企业相比,中小企业的优势在于应变能力强,适应能力强。
但同时中小企业存在规模小,拥有资源有限,资金能力运转能力差的劣势,在当今快速变化的市场中,单个企业尤其是中小企业的资源已不能保证其在快速发展的时代获得较好的发展。
面对这种情况,它们的解决办法是不但要有效利用内部资源,也要善于利用外部资源。
近年来,人力资源管理业务外包作为一种新型的企业管理方式,被越来越多的企业接受,其中企业培训作为重要内容之一,其质量和形式的好坏直接影响了中小企业本身的核心竞争力。
中小企业可以通过引进培训外包,将员工培训交给外部具有这方面专业能力的供应商来完成,不但有利于企业节省成本,而且能大大提高自己企业的经济效益。
同时,还能够为中小企业保持和提升竞争优势的潜力。
本文在概述培训外包的基础上,主要分析了中小企业培训外包的运作现状,存在的问题风险及成因,从而为中小企业成功实施培训外包提了一些对策建议,希望能为中小企业培训外包提供些许的参考价值。
