濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约附录Ⅰ、附录Ⅱ和附录III自2005年1月12日起生效说明1.本附录所列的物种是指:a) 名称所示的物种;或b) 一个高级分类单元所包括的全部物种或其特指的部分。
2. 缩写“spp.”指一个高级分类单元所包括的全部物种。
3. 其它种以上的分类单元仅供资料查考或分类之用。
科的学名后的俗名仅供参考(编者注:原文的俗名为英文名,中文翻译名绝大部分与其中文学名相同,故被省略)。
它们是为表明此科中有物种被列入附录。
在大多数情形下,并不是这个科中的所有种都被收入附录。
4. 以下缩写用于植物种以下的分类单元:a) 缩写“ssp.”指亚种,b) 缩写“var(s).”指变种。
5. 鉴于未对列入附录Ⅰ的植物种或较高级分类单元作出注释说明其杂交种应当按照《公约》第三条有关规定进行管理,这表明来自一个或多个这些种或分类单元的杂交种如附有人工培植证明书便可进行贸易,同时这些杂交种源于体外培养、置于固体或液体介质中、以无菌容器运输的种子、花粉(包括花粉块)、切花、幼苗或组织培养物不受《公约》有关条款的限制。
6. 附录III中物种名后括号中的国家是提出将这些物种列入该附录的缔约国。
7. 根据《公约》第一条第(b)款第(iii)项的规定,列入附录Ⅱ或III的一种或一较高级分类单元名称旁出现的符号(#)及随之出现的数字,是表示按照《公约》的原则针对其规定的部分和衍生物所做的详细说明:#1 系指其所有部分和衍生物,但下列者除外:a) 种子、孢子和花粉(包括花粉块);b) 体外培养的、置于固体或液体介质中、以无菌容器运输的幼苗或组织培养物;和c) 人工培植植物的切花。
#2 系指其所有部分和衍生物,但下列者除外:a)种子和花粉;b)体外培养的、置于固体或液体介质中、以无菌容器运输的幼苗或组织培养物;c)人工培植植物的切花;和d) 化学衍生物和医药制成品。
#3 系指其根的整体、切片和部分,不包括经加工的部分及衍生物,如粉末、丸片、提取物、滋补品、茶类饮品及糕点制品。
CICC发布《微生物新菌种名称英解汉译检索表》近年来,微生物系统分类学研究迅猛发展,许多微生物的分类学地位发生变化和迁移,每年也会出现大量新的菌种分类单元。
我们在1999年版《细菌名称英解汉译词典》与2011年版《细菌名称双解及分类词典》的基础上,收集自2010年3月之后合格发表的细菌与真菌名称,参照以往的汉译规范,给出中文名称,以《微生物新菌种名称英解汉译检索表》形式陆续发表,以方便广大微生物研究与应用工作者使用规范的微生物汉语名称。

采用大米固体发酵培养,色谱分离技术纯化单体,ESIMS和NMR等波谱数据分析,鉴定了12个异香豆素单体化合物:aspergillumarin A(1)、aspergillumarin B(2)、 5,6-dihydroxy-3-(4-hydroxypentyl)-isochroman-1-one(3)、 mucoriso‐coumarin A(4)、 peniisocoumarin H(5)、 peniisocoumarin E(6)、 dichlorodiaportin(7)、 mucorisocoumarin C(8)、 peniiso‐coumarin G(9)、 talumarin A(10)、 5,6,8-trihydroxy-4-(1'-hydroxyethyl)-isocoumarin(11)和sescandelin(12),其中化合物4、6、7首次从篮状属真菌中分离得到。
二倍稀释法抑菌活性测试显示,化合物4、6、7有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌作用;MTT法测试细胞毒活性,表明化合物7对前列腺癌PC-3细胞和VCaP细胞有细胞毒活性。

Blanco were investigated. The fungus was cultured in rice medium, the monomeric compounds were isolated and purified by the chromatographic technique, and the structures of the compounds were identified by analysis of spectroscopy such as ESIMS and NMR.Twelve known analogues of isocoumarins (1-12) were isolated and identified as aspergillumarin A (1), aspergillumarin B (2), 5,6-dihydroxy-3-(4-hydroxypentyl)-isochroman-1-one (3), mucorisocoumarin A(4), peniisocoumarin H (5), peniisocoumarin E (6), dichlorodiaportin (7), mucorisocoumarin C (8), peni‐isocoumarin G (9), talumarin A (10), 5,6,8-trihydroxy-4-(1'-hydroxyethyl)-isocoumarin (11) and sescan‐delin (12). Among them, compounds 4, 6 and 7 were obtained from the genus Talaromyces for the first time. The antibacterial activities of these compounds were tested in vitro using the twofold dilution method. Compounds 4, 6, and 7 showed inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus. The cytotoxic activity was tested by the MTT assay. Russula indocatillus , a New Record Species in ChinaCHEN Bin 1, 2, SONG Jie 1, WANG Qian 1, LIANG Junfeng 1*1. A detailed morphological description, illustrations and phylogeny are provided, and comparisons with related species are made. It is morphologically characterized by a brownish orange to yellow ochre pileus center with butter yellow to pale yellow margin, white to cream spore print, subglobose to broadly ellipsoid to ellipsoid basidiospores with bluntly conical to subcylindrical isolated warts, always one-celled pileocystidia, and short, slender, furcated and septated terminal elements of pileipellis. The combination of detailed morphological features and phylogenetic analysis based on ITS-nrLSU-RPB2 sequences dataset indicated that the species belonged to Russula subg. Heterphyllidia sect. Ingratae .
