General DescriptionThe HT10XX series is a set of three-terminal lowpower voltage regulators implemented in CMOStechnology. They are available with several fixedoutput voltages ranging from 1.5V~7.0V. The ad-vantage of CMOS technology is low voltage drop-out and low quiescent current.Although designed primarily as fixed voltageregulators, these devices can be used with ex-ternal components to obtain variable voltages

and currents.
