Part A Let’s talk

一、教学目标

1. 能听、说、认、读单词“few, thing, meet, Easter, trip”以及词组“a few, sports

meet”等。

2. 能在日常交际英语中灵活询问并回答某一活动或节日所在的月份，即能灵活运用句型“When is … ? It’s in … ”。

3. 能完成“Let’s try”部分的听力任务。

二、教学重点

能灵活运用句型“When is … ? It’s in … ”聊关于“日期”的话题，培养学生的合作意识。

三、教学难点

了解日常生活中某一活动或节日所在的月份，并能灵活展示交谈 运用句型“When is … ? It’s in … ” 。

四、教学准备

1. 学生六人一组。

2. PPT，人物头饰，单词卡片等。

五、教学过程

Step 1: Warm up

（1）教师播放“The twelve months”，学生唱本单元歌曲，创设良好的英语学习氛围。

（2）教师说明小组比赛规则：Look! I have some Easter eggs. Do you want it?

If you do good , you can take a picture for your group. The group winner, you can get it.

（3）教师出示课件

T：Let’s guess! Which season is it ?

S：Spring. / Summer. / autumn. / winter.

T：Which season do you like best ?

S：I like spring / summer/ autumn / winter best.

T：Why do you like spring / summer/ autumn / winter ?

S：Because / I like…… / I can …… .

Step 2: Presentation

（1）教师衔接上一个环节说：“I like spring best. Because we have a few fun

things in spring.”出示课件让学生理解a few fun things，并教读，然后分小组检查读音。

（2）教师出示课件说：We have a few fun things in spring. In spring we have

a …… 依次引出本课时要学习的词组 Easter party, school trip, sports meet，同时呈现新词组，然后教读，最后分小组检查读音。

（3）教师出示课件学生根据提示完成填空，巩固所学的新词组。填空中理解After sports meet. 教读并分小组检查读音。

（4）教师出示课件说：It’s an invitation about sports meet. Look carefully and

answer the questions. When is the sports meet? Who will go to the sports meet?

Whose parents? 学生认真看回答问题。然后听录音完成Let’s try部分。

（5）教师出示课件说：Who are they? 学生回答：They are Mike and Zhang

Peng. 教师接着说：Look carefully and answer the questions. When is the Easter

party? When is the sports meet? When is the school trip? 教师呈现句子。

（6）教师播放动画，学生回答问题同时呈现句子It’s in April. 让学生理解并教读句子，分小组检查读音。 （6）学生跟读Let’s talk部分。

Step 3: Practice

（1）小组内分角色练习对话，上台佩戴头饰展示对话。

（2）Fill in the blanks 检查并巩固所学对话。

Step 4: Consolidation and extension

（1）小组内跟自己的伙伴根据提示组织对话并上台展示

B：Hi！

A：Which season do you like best?

B：I like spring best.

A：Why do you like spring?

B：We have a/an _____ in spring. sports meet school trip Easter party

A：When is that?

B：It’s in ______ . April May

（2）评选优胜小组，颁发奖品。

Step 5: Homework

（1）Copy the sentences.

（2）Read and talk.

（3）Make a new talk with your friends.

2.能在语境中运用When is the trip this year?-----It’s in October..

3.理解书上重点句子，如： We’ll go to the Great Wall.

4.在本部分内容的教学过程当中，教师引导学生在外出郊游时应该注意自己的行为，养成文明出游的良好习惯。

教学重难点:

重点：句型：When is ......?的掌握及回答。

难点：I’ll句型的学习。

教学过程

Step 1.预习温故(用时5分钟）

1) Review the words : July, August ……… December.

2) T: When is summer vacation? /mother’s day ......

S s: It’s in..... Go over the sentences.

Step 2. 新课内容展示（用时15分钟）

T : Do you like Autumn? S s: Yes, I do.

T:Why ? S s: Because it’s ....

1) listen to tape about Let’s talk.（初步感知对话内容）

T: When is the trip this year?

S：It’s in October.(学生可看到书自己寻找答案)

2).learn about the “Let’s talk” . And read after the tape/teacher.

3) Finish the sentences “What will you do for your mum on Mother’s Day”?

教学目标

1. 能够听、说、读、写表示月份单词及能认简写形式：July, August, September, October,

November, December.

2. 初步了解各个月份中一些节日的英语表达方式。

3. 让学生能说出自己最喜欢的月份（7---12月）。

教学重难点:

重点：July, August, September, October, November, December.的学习。

难点：When is Mid-Autumn Day? It’s in…..的学习。

教学过程

Step 1.预习温故(用时5分钟）

1）Greetings: sing a song together.

2）Revision：Go over the old words: January ……. May. June

T：Do you like January? / February...... Ss: Yes, I do.

T: Do you know July? (板书该单词) Ss: It’s 7 月.

教师依次板书出7--12月及简写形式（也可是事先准备好的单词卡片直接粘贴到黑板上）

Step 2. 新课内容展示（用时18分钟）

Teach the new words：July, August, September, October, November, December.

T：July. July Spell it please. S：Read after teacher and spell the word.

2) T: Make a sentence: July, July. Summer vacation is in July. S：Read after teacher
