And an exploration of future technical and strategic improvements in lignin biodegradation by white rot fungi was respected.Key words:white rot fungi;lignin;degradation;ligninolytic enzymes白腐真菌(white rot fungi)是指着生在木材上,菌丝穿入木质,侵入木质细胞腔内,能释放降解木质素和其他木质组分的酶,以降解木材中的木质素、纤维素、半纤维素,引起木质白色腐烂的丝状真菌的集合。
