媒体融合背景下如何讲好中国故事作者：薛来来源：《新闻论坛》2022年第02期【內容提要】在融媒时代，新的传播媒介与传播方式为媒体讲好中国故事提供了广阔的空间，同时也带来了新的挑战。

媒体融合背景下如何利用现代传播媒介讲好中国故事？本文将理论与实践相结合，试图展示通过“融”力量和矩阵优势讲好中国故事，为进一步促进媒体深度融合发展明晰思路和举措，也为全媒体传播体系建设提供参考。

【关键词】媒体现代传播媒介中国故事传播矩阵随着媒体融合的深度发展，新闻传播格局发生了深刻变化，世界也已处于“一张网中”，这为媒体讲好中国故事提供了广阔的空间，同时也带来了新的挑战。

那么在融媒时代，媒体怎样利用现代传播媒介讲好中国故事？笔者结合多年媒体从业经历，拟从新闻实践角度作初步探讨。

一、利用现代传播媒介讲好中国故事的路径讲好中国故事必须依托传播媒介。

在现代传播学里，媒介是指传播信息的物质实体及与之相应的媒介组织。

现代传播媒介又叫大众传播媒介，广义上主要包括报刊、广播、电视、互联网等。

伴随着移动互联网、大数据、VR/AR、人工智能等新技术的出现，传媒业也迎来了媒体形态、传播方式和传播思维的巨大变革，各种现代传播媒介的广泛应用，为讲好中国故事提供了坚实的技术基础。

（一）采用大数据算法为受众画像“随着互联网新技术及智能手机的普及，受众获取信息的途径愈加丰富，每个受众都被巨大的信息量包围，导致对被动接收的信息产生抗拒心理，对推送的内容采取不接受、不阅读、自动屏蔽的态度。

”①许多媒体在讲述中国故事时，不仅仅关注内容量上的推送，也开始关注受众需求，开始利用大数据算法分析为受众画像。

所谓受众画像，即受众信息的标签化，是媒体通过收集、分析受众数据后，抽象出的一个虚拟受众，可以认为是真实受众的虚拟代表。

受众画像的核心工作就是为受众匹配相符的标签，即按照受众感兴趣的内容进行精准推送新闻内容。

通过采用大数据算法分析，媒体可以有针对性地设置故事主题和编排内容，从而实现个性化分发。

[2]2022年3月21日，东航一架客机在广西藤县境内失事。

作为广西本地媒体，《南国今报》从央媒获悉消息，非常震惊和痛心，立即决定派记者前往现场。

同时我们敏锐意识到，重大灾难事故报道中，在严守纪律前提下，“直播”是比较合适的报道形式——用现场说话。

当时的直播，《南国今报》不是最早进行；直播画面也不是最强，有的电视媒体进行技术处理，画面不断切播相关新闻。

为了不影响核心圈内的救援，《南国今报》在外围了解情况，仅仅开着镜头，利用抖音、微信视频号在村口实况直播，画面不做技术处理，几天流量数据远超部分媒体。

2022年5月，柳州的杨女士向媒体求助：她陪同患癌丈夫在上海求医，却遇上新冠疫情暴发，通往外界的交通暂停，他们滞留多日无法返乡；丈夫希望能尽快回到柳州，陪伴读初三的儿子中考。

得知消息，《南国今报》编委会高度重视，认为这是在疫情背景下的温情题材，希望能够尽力帮助他们。

于是，《南国今报》和上海新民晚报联手协作，上海一家爱心企业主动提出用专车送患癌父亲回柳州，《南国今报》则负责联系患癌父亲住址所在社区，按当时疫情防控要求开具相关证明，各方努力促成转运落地方案。

随后，今报全媒体报道团队全程跟进事件，联合上海媒体同步启动24小时直播，客户端滚动报道，辅以短视频、文字、图片、海报等全媒体手段，全平台报道这位患癌父亲的回家路。

爱心企业专车星夜兼程20余小时，终于由沪抵桂，将患癌父亲送回柳州。

《南国今报》的融合报道也引起全网热议，抖音、微博等平台相关话题词“千里送在沪病危父亲回家”登上热搜。

这一次的“可视化”报道，吸引270多万网友在线祝福，有的网友甚至“云守护”在直播间一直跟到目的地，全网总阅读量1000万+，网友评论及直播留言超10万条。

这一题材也最终获得2022年度广西新闻奖，弘扬主旋律，传播正能量，彰显《南国今报》人文大爱。

长久以来，中国文化的传承，文字担负着巨大功能和作用。

人们常说，最能打动人心的，就是文字。

本文另辟蹊径，强调纸媒在坚守公信力的前提下，如何发挥优势，取长补短，把报“纸”做得有声有色。

2019年1月25日，中共中央政治局举行第12次集体学习，习近平总书记指出：传统媒体和新兴媒体不是取代关系，而是迭代关系；不是谁主谁次，而是此长彼长；不是谁强谁弱，而是优势互补。

笔者尝试结合广西日报社《南国今报》及媒体同行的实践经验，探讨纸质媒体在保持内容生产创新的前提下，通过手段创新、形式创新，向新媒体学习，在融媒体时代凸显出版特色的“求同存异”法则。

一、纸媒与新媒体特点的简要分析与新媒体相比，纸质媒体最大优势在于具有较强的公信力和权威性。

纸质媒体拥有专业的、有资质的新闻采编队伍以及能够保证新闻真实性和发布者公信力的采编流程和模式，权威性是纸媒的核心竞争力。

伴随着互联网和移动终端的发展，各种新媒体层出不穷。

这些新媒体拥有个性化突出、表现形式多样、信息更新迅速、受众选择性多、互动性强等特点。

对于任何一个消息，读者在报纸上只能看到文字和图片，而在新媒体上就能看到音频、视频、动漫等多种形态，获取信息更加直观便捷。

在新传播时代，如何挖掘、使用好数据,是主流媒体提高经济新闻报道深度以及可读性的一个重要环节，也是考验媒体策划能力和记者新闻素养的关键因素。

经济报道要善于从数据中挖掘新闻线索、提升新闻价值、创新报道模式。

一、找准切入点，在数据中“淘金”对于报道经济领域的记者来说，学会读懂数据是一门基本功。

工作总结、成就展示、统计报表……记者接触到的第一手材料往往是一长串的数据。

但是在新闻报道中，如果仅仅是简单机械地罗列数据，那报道无疑是枯燥无趣的。

唯有把数据放到时代的、历史的背景中去探究，赋予其完整的“坐标体系”，才能找到其背后蕴藏着的鲜活故事、给人的深刻启迪。

新闻记者要善于在纷繁复杂的数据中找到最有价值的“闪光点”，通过数据横向、纵向比对，对人与人、事与事、人与事的关系进行深度挖掘和揭示，阐释数据背后的逻辑、背景、趋向以及代表的意义，从数据的“富矿”中提炼出“金子”。

（一）从数据观大势、明趋向在新闻学里，信息可以被定义为能消除接受者不确定性的任何东西。

人们不断接收和运用外界信息，从而实现对外界的认识从零散到系统、从无序到有序、从盲目到明智，进而推动社会的整体跃进。

在新闻实践中，对于数据的报道一般会抓住核心数据来传达和自身主题相契合的重要信息，从数据观大势、明趋向。

以经济报道中最常见到的统计公告为例，每年地方统计局都会定期公布地区经济发展数据,这些数据的高低起伏呈现出一个地区以及行业发展变化的趋向、动态。

在这些数据的应用上既要在宏观上看“水”，也要在微观上看“鱼”，针对宏观或微观数据“做文章”，站在全局的高度，找出有前瞻性的新闻点，巧妙凸显经济发展趋势和未来走向，为地方经济发展助力。

2020年至2022年三年间，新冠疫情给经济社会发展带来了严重冲击和影响，困难和挑战前所未有。

现就有关事项通知如下。

一、组织单位自治区党委宣传部、广西新闻工作者协会主办，自治区广电局承办，广西广电与网络视听协会协办。

二、奖项设置及奖励办法广西新闻奖·播音主持类作品共设置电视、广播、网络作品三个类别；设奖数额18件，其中：一等奖3件，二等奖6件，三等奖9件。

各评选项目的设奖数额，由评委会根据当届参评作品情况确定。

广西记协向获奖作品的作者（主创人员）、编辑颁发广西新闻奖获奖证书。

三、参评条件（一）参评资格由初评所在单位认定，其代表作品为所在单位播出的广播电视或网络视听节目。

（二）同时从事广播、电视工作、网络主播的播音员主持人，参评时只可选报一类，不得兼报。

（三）处级干部参评的比例原则上不超过20%。

担任处级领导职务并具有播音主持高级职称的人员不占用处级名额。

（四）参评人员不得伪造、隐瞒相关信息。

一经发现，即取消其参评资格。

（五）违法失德人员及其作品严禁参评。

四、评选标准（一）坚持正确政治方向，深刻把握“两个确立”的决定性意义，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，自觉遵纪守法，遵守职业道德，牢记社会责任，能够正确传递党和国家声音、传播主流价值观、展现新时代风貌。
