5．信号混合
调音台输入信号经各自的分电平调整器控制电平和电平比例，然后混合在 一起，按要求送到各路输出。信号混合是通过混合电路来完成的。调音台的混 合电路就是将输入信号合成为节目所需的声道信号（单声节目为一个声道，立 体声节目为两个或四个声道等）的电路。 按照混合方式，混合电路可分为电压混合（高阻混合）电路、电流混合 （低阻混合）电路和功率混合（匹配混合）电路3种。

5.2.2 调音台的组成与工作原理
调音台具有多个输入通道和输出通道，而且它的基本功能之一就是要 将多路输入信号混合后重新分配到各输出通道。因此，调音台的信号 流程是多向的，其基本原理框图及电平图如图5.3所示。

1．信号输入
调音台每路输入通道都设有低阻抗（Lo-Z）话筒（MIC）输入端和高 阻抗（Hi-Z）线路（LINE）输入端，分别用来连接传声器和有源设备。在 话筒输入端，装有一个+48V直流幻像电源，它是为专业电容话筒提供工 作电压的，通过幻像电源开关可控制其通断。调音台为电容话筒提供 +48V直流电源的幻像电源原理电路如图5.4所示。 现代调音台大多将话筒输入和线路输入结合起来，使用同一路前置 放大器。该放大器实际为差动（平衡）输入运算放大器，其原理示意图 如图5.5所示。

5.1.2 调音台的种类
调音台的种类很多，并且有多种不同的分类方法。 （1）按输入路数分：有4路、6路、8路、12路、16路、24路、32路、40 路、48路、56路等。常用的有8～24路。 （2）按主输出路数分：有单声道、双声道（立体声）、三声道、四声道、 多声道等。最常用的是双声道调音台。 （3）按结构形式分：有一体化调音台和非一体化调音台两大类。一体化 调音台通常也称为便携式调音台，它是将调音台、功率放大器、均衡 器和混响器等功能集于一身，装在一个机箱中。非一体化调音台往往 也称为固定式调音台，它的最显著特征是不带功率放大器。 （4）按信号处理方式分：有模拟式调音台和数字式调音台。数字式调音 台含有模数转换（A/D）、数模转换（D/A）和数字信号处理（DSP） 等功能单元，功能较多、价位较高。 （5）按功能与使用场所分：有录音调音台、音乐调音台、剧场调音台、 扩声调音台、数字选通调音台、 带功放的调音台、有线广播调音台、 无线广播调音台、便携式调音台、立体声现场制作调音台等。

万利达MAV－803 5.1声道卡拉OK功放主板电路原理与维修MAV－803功放主板包括主副电源整流滤波电路、左右声道OCL功放电路、环绕和中置IC功放电路、保护静音控制电路、输入信号选择电路。

整机使用了两个环形变压器分别给主功放和其他电路供电，B1的双35V经整流滤波后的±50V给左右声道主功放电路提供双电源，B2的双14.5V整流滤波后给三块LM1875提供±21V的双电源，其他绕组给前置电路和显示面板供电。

输入信号选择电路由双四选一电子开关CD4052构成，通过CN6插座送来的选控信号A、B电平变化接通相应信号源。

当A、B都是0V时VCD接通，当A=0V、B=5V时CD接通，当A=5V、B=0V时DVD接通，当A、B都是5V时5.1声道的前置信号接通。

所有输入信号均送到前置电路进行放大与调整后再返回主板，通过两路OCL主功放电路和三路LM1875放大后推动五声道扬声器。

重低音没有设置功放电路，只有线路输出，这就是所谓的5.1声道的点1。

线路输出的重低音信号去驱动低音炮有源音箱。

主声道的两套OCL电路输入级由Q17、Q19 (Q18、Q15)组成差分放大器，发射极设置了VR3(VR4)后可对中点电压进行调整，以纠正晶体管参数差异引起的中点偏移。

两管集电极之间的R53、C2 (R54、C11)是为消除超音频干扰信号而设置。

Q14(Q16)与外围元件组成恒流源电路。

R28(R31)是直流反馈电阻，把输出中点的直流变化反馈到差分电路的反相输入端，对中点电压进行伺服控制。

本电路的交流反馈不象一般OCL 电路由输出端取出，而是通过C15、R27 (C16、R30)从电压放大级Q9(Q8)集电极取得。

这样既可以消除高频移相引起的自激，又不会影响电路的高频特性。

电压放大级由Q7、Q9 (Q11、Q8)组成的第二级差分电路完成，Q10(Q12)是此差分放大器的镜像恒流源负载。

两级放大恒流源和镜流源的引入，有效抑制了电压波动对电路的影响，使整个电路稳定性大大提高。
