一、教学内容

二、教学目标
1、 能听懂,会说,会读,会写词汇a lot of, some, a little, a few, healthy,
diet.
2、能听懂,会说,会读,会写句型What do you have for breakfast / lunch
/ dinner? I have…for…
3、进一步熟悉表示数量的词汇并巩固可数以及不可数名词。
4、能正确地理解并朗读课文内容,并尝试叙述自己或他人的饮食。
5、初步了解健康饮食的重要性以及学会利用营养金字塔来评价以及衡量自己以及他人的饮食健康情况并能提出合理建议。
6、 能使学生认识到要养成健康饮食,健康生活的习惯。
三、教学重点:

diet, need.

1. Learn the new word :healthy, diet.
1) T: I have a bad habit. Sometimes I go to bed late at night. The next day I’ll
feel sleepy and tired. It’s bad for my health. If I want to be healthy, I should go to bed
early.
Learn the new word :healthy.
( Boarding: healthy -- Healthy means be good for our bodies.)
2) Show a picture: Mike.
T:Look, who is he? Guess!
Ss: Mike.
T: What’s wrong with him?
S: T: He has a toothache.
T: Why does he has a toothache?
S: He eats too many sweets.
T: Yes. He has a bad habit. Do you like sweets? What do you think of eating too many sweets?
T: Too many sweets are bad for his teeth. It’s not a healthy diet.
Learn the new word: diet.
( Boarding: diet -- diet means somebody’s eating and drinking habits.)
2. Let’s learn.
