2 1.工程概况：General Statement 1.1 IT通信系统包含3部分，结构布线系统，网络系统和电话系统。IT Telecommunication System includes 3 portions, Structural Integrated Cabling System, Network System and Telephony System.
1.2 IT通信系统是从现有BAYER IT系统扩展而来，主干由24芯室外单模光纤组成。C581 IT通信系统从D561 MDF连接至C581 IDF，C581 IDF机柜位于3楼的仪表室，包括光纤配架，整线架和网络交换机。B551 IT通信系统从D561 MDF连接至B551 IDF，B551 IDF机柜位于4楼的仪表室，包括光纤配架，整线架和网络交换机。IT telecommunication system is extended from the current Bayer IT system. Use the 24 core outdoor SM fibre as the backbone. The C581 IT telecommunication system is from D561MDF (Main Distribution Frame) and connecting to C581 IDF (Individual Distribution Frame). C581 IDF cabinet is located in 3F IRR which contains Faber panel, cable managers and network switch. The B551 IT telecommunication system is from D561MDF and connecting to C581 IDF. B551 IDF cabinet is located in 4F IRR which contains Faber panel, cable managers and network switch.
1.3 水平布线系统为超五类标准，包括配架，屏蔽双绞线以及端口模块。PCS建筑将使用标准化的双孔IT插座，1个用于数据，1个用于语音。The horizontal cabling is the standard Cat.5E system includes patch panel, 4 pairs STP and module jack. PCS Building will use the IT standardized duplex outlet, which has 2 ports, 1 for date and 1 for voice.
1.4 电信系统设备及管线均位于非爆炸危险环境中。 All the IT communication equipments and cabling of this project should be located in non-explosion area. 1.5 IT电缆与火灾报警、广播系统共用桥架，并由Φ25PVC接入插座。IT插座须安装在架空地板上方30cm处。 IT cables share bridges with fire alarm, public address system and connect to socket by Φ25PVC. IT outlet must be installed 30cm above the elevated floor.

2.2 IT通信系统安装应遵照图纸设计和施工规范要求，根据现场实际情况施工。 The installation of IT Telecommunication System shall conform to the requirements of drawing design and construction spec, as well as the reality.
3.施工方法 Main method 3.1 PVC管敷设 PVC pipe pulling 3.1.1直线布管每30m处应设置过线盒装置。Set up wire boxes devices every 30m when pulling straight pipes. 3.1.2 PVC管的转弯角度应大于90度，在路径上每根PVC管的转弯角度不得多于2个，并不应有S 弯出现，有弯头的管段长度超过20m时，应设置管线过线盒装置；在有2个弯时，不超过15m应设置过线盒。The turning point degrees of PVC pipe should≥90°.There should not be more than 2 turning points and no “S” shape at each path. Set up wire boxes devices when the length of pipe with bend is over 20m. Set up wire boxes devices not exceed 15m each when there are two bends. 3.1.3 PVC管转弯的曲率半径不应小于该管外径的6倍。The curvature radius o f PVC pipe’s turning point should be not less than 6 times of the pipe’s diameter. 3.1.4 PVC管管口应光滑，并加有护口保护，管口伸出部位宜为25~50mm。The nozzle of PVC pipe should be smooth and add sleeve to protect. The extended part of nozzle should be 25 ~ 50mm. 3.2线缆敷设 cable pulling 3.2.1 电缆敷设必须设专人指挥，在敷设前向全体施工人员交底，说明敷设电缆的根数，始未端的编号，工艺要求及安全注意事项。Cable pulling should be commanded by special person. Before pulling, tell construction workers about the quantity, numbers, process requirements and safety precautions. 3.2.2在敷设电缆之前，先检查所有槽、管是否已经完成并符合要求，路由与拟安装信息口的位置是否与设计相符，确定有无遗漏。Before pulling, check whether all the channels and pipes have been completed and meet the requirements and whether the routing and locations to be installed are consistent the design.
