QuEChERS前处理方法在农药残留检测中的应用王婧【摘要】近年来,农产品质量安全问题备受社会关注,随着检测前处理方法和仪器的不断改进更新,农产品中农药残留检测技术日趋成熟.2003年美国科研工作者针对水果蔬菜中的农药残留检测开发了QuEChERS前处理方法,该方法具有快速、简便、低廉、高效、稳定、安全的特点.介绍了传统的前处理方法和QuEChERS前处理方法的原理,并对比得出QuEChERS前处理方法的优势,总结了近年来QuEChERS前处理方法在提取溶剂的pH、净化剂、样品加水量、操作方法4个方面的改进措施;同时综述了近年来QuEChERS前处理方法在农产品及其他领域的应用情况,并对该方法的前景进行了展望.%In recent years,the quality and safety of agricultural products has been paid much attention to by the society.With the improvement of pretreatment methods and instruments,the pesticide residue detection technology is becoming more and more mature.In 2003,American scientists developed QuEChERS as a pretreatment method for the detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.This method is quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged and safe.This paper introduced the theory of the traditional pretreatment method and QuEChERS pretreatment method,and pointed out the advantages of the QuEChERS pretreatment method,and summarized the improvement measures of QuEChERS pretreatment method in the four aspects of pH,purificant,water addition amount and operation method.In this paper,the application of QuEChERS pretreatment method in agricultural products and other fieldsin recent years was summarized,and the prospect of this method was also prospected.【期刊名称】《山西农业科学》【年(卷),期】2017(045)012【总页数】5页(P2051-2055)【关键词】QuEChERS;前处理;农药;残留【作者】王婧【作者单位】山西省农业科学院农产品质量安全与检测研究所,农业部农产品质量安全风险评估实验室(太原),山西太原030031【正文语种】中文【中图分类】O652.1当今,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的饮食安全意识逐渐增强,食品的质量安全问题得到了广泛的关注。
QuEChERS方法及其在食品农药多残留分析中的应用袁雪婵(昆明理工大学生命科学与技术学院,昆明 650224) 摘 要:农药残留分析是分析化学中最复杂的领域,其原因主要是需分离和测定的残留农药量往往是在ng、pg甚至在fg级。
一次成功的分析需要有许多操作条件的正确结合和选择,尤其是萃取和净化方法的成功应用,传统样品前处理技术存在许多不足,如单个样品提取、净化时间较长,有毒溶剂消耗量大,给操作者及环境带来危害,现代样品制备技术正向着经济、节约、减少环境污染、微型化和自动化的方向发展。
2003年,由美国农业部农业研究服务中心的Anastassiades M,Lehotay SJ[1]等开发了一种快速、简便、价格低廉的预处理方法来实现高质量的农药多残留物分析方法—QuEChERS法。
QuEChERS是一种快速(Quick)、简便(Easy)、廉价(Cheap)、有效(Effective)、耐用(Rugged)、安全(Safe),用于检测食品中农药残留的前处理方法,该法采用含1%醋酸的乙腈提取,加入硫酸镁和氯化钠混合物促使其分层,上清液加入PS A和无水硫酸镁净化分离,最后加入分析保护剂进行GC/MS分析。
QuEChERS 法的平均样品添加回收率高于85%,干扰目标物检测的杂质少,溶剂用量小,操作简便、快速等特点,将是世界各国小型实验室常规检测农药多残留物的首选预处理方法。
