信息技术覆盖了获取、表示、传输、存储和加工信息在内的各种技术。
自电子计算机问世以来,信息技术沿着以计算机为核心、到以互联网为核心、再到以数据为核心的发展脉络,深刻影响着社会的经济结构和生产方式,加快了全球范围内的知识更新和技术创新,推动了社会信息化、智能化的建设与发展,催生出现实空间与虚拟空间并存的信息社会,并逐步构建出智慧社会。
信息技术的快速发展,重塑了人们沟通交流的时间观念和空间观念,不断改变人们的思维与交往模式,深刻影响人们的生活、工作与学习,已经超越单纯的技术工具价值,为当代社会注入了新的思想与文化内涵。
提升中国公民的信息素养,增强个体在信息社会的适应力与创造力,对个人发展、国力增强、社会变革有着十分重大的意义。
普通高中信息技术课程是一门旨在全面提升学生信息素养,帮助学生掌握信息技术基础知识与技能、增强信息意识、发展计算思维、提高数字化学习与创新能力、树立正确的信息社会价值观和责任感的基础课程。
课程圈绕高中信息技术学科核心素养,精炼学科大概念,吸纳学科领域的前沿成果,构建具有时代特征的学习内容;课程兼重理论学习和实践应用,通过丰富多样的任务情境,鼓励学生在数字化环境中学习与实践;课程倡导基于项目的学习方式,将知识建构、技能培养与思维发展融入到运用数字化工具解决问题和完成任务的过程中;课程提供学习机会,让学生参与到信息技术支持的沟通、共享、合作与协商中,体验知识的社会性建构,增强信息意识,理解信息技术对人类社会的影响,提高信息社会参与的责任感与行为能力,从而成为具备较高信息素养的中国公民。
一、课程性质:强调历史学的教育与社会功能,突显育人功能对高中历史课程进行定性:2003版主要突出的是历史的课程性。
2017年版注重历史课程与历史学的联系,强调了历史的学科性,开宗明义提出历史学是在一定历史观指导下叙述和阐释人类历史进程及其规律的学料。
进一步强调了历史课程的“历史”性。
突显历史特有的教育功能。

二、基本理念——凝练学科核心素养,落实立德树人根本任务2003版课程性质与基本理念一、课程性质普通高中历史课程,是用历史唯物主义观点阐释人类历史发展进程和规律,进一步培养和提高学生的历史意识、文化素质和人文素养,促进学生全面发展的一门基础课程。
普通高中历史课程从不同的角度揭示人类历史发展的基本过程,通过重大历史事件、人物、现象展现人类发展进程中丰富的历史文化遗产。
通过高中历史课程的学习,能使学生了解人类社会发展的基本脉络,总结历史经验教训,继承优秀的文化遗产,弘扬民族精神;学会用马克思主义科学的历史观分析问题、解决问题;学习从历史的角度去了解和思考人与人、人与社会、人与自然的关系,进而关注中华民族以及全人类的历史命运。
通过高中历史课程的学习,培养学生健全的人格,促进个性的健康发展。
二、课程的基本理念普通高中历史课程根据历史学科和历史教学的特点,全面发挥历史教育的功能,尊重历史,追求真实,吸收人类优秀文明成果,弘扬爱国主义精神,陶冶关爱人类的情操。
通过历史学习,使学生增强历史意识,汲取历史智慧,开阔视野,了解中国和世界的发展大势,增强历史洞察力和历史使命感。

一、课程性质义务教育阶段的英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。
就工具性而言,英语课程承担着培养学生基本英语素养和发展学生思维能力的任务,即学生通过英语课程掌握基本的英语语言知识,发展基本的英语听、说、读、写技能,初步形成用英语与他人交流的能力,进一步促进思维能力的发展,为今后继续学习英语和用英语学习其他相关科学文化知识奠定基础。

在教学实践中,要不断探索和创新教学方式,不仅重视如何教,更要重视如何学,引导学生会学数学,养成良好的学习习惯,要努力激发学生数学学习的兴趣,促使更多的学生热爱数学。

教师在制定教学目标时要充分关注数学学科核心素养的达成;要深入理解数学学科核心素养的内涵、价值、表现、水平及其相互联系;要结合特定教学任务,思考相应数学学科核心素养在教学中的孕育点、生长点:要注意数学学科核心素养与具体教学内容的关联;要关注数学学科核心素养目标在教学中的可实现性,研究其融入教学内容和教学过程的具体方式及载体,在此基础上确定教学目标。
学生数学学科核心素养水平的达成不是一蹴而就的,具有阶段性、连续性、整合性等特点。
教师应理解不同数学学科核心素养水平的具体要求,不仅关注每一节课的教学目标,更要关注主题、单元的教学目标(参见案例36),明晰这些目标对实现数学学科核心素养发展的贡献。
2016年修改版初中英语课程标准一、课程性质义务教育阶段的英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。
就工具性而言,英语课程承担培养学生基本英语素养的任务,即学生通过英语课程掌握基本的英语语言知识,发展基本的英语听说读写技能,形成用英语与他人交流的能力,为今后继续学习英语和用英语学习其他相关科学文化知识奠定基础。
就人文性而言,英语课程承担着提高学生综合人文素养的任务,即学生通过英语课程能够开阔视野,丰富生活经历,发展跨文化意识,促进创新思维,形成良好品格和正确价值观,为终身学习奠定基础。
二、基本理念(一)注重素质教育,充分体现语言学习对学生发展的价值义务教育阶段英语课程的首要目的是为学生发展综合语言运用能力打基础,为他们继续学习英语和未来职业选择创造有利条件。
同时,英语课程有利于学生体验中外文化差异,丰富思维方式,增进国际理解,提高人文素养。
英语教育应做到人文性与工具性并重,使学生在英语学习过程中既能够发展综合语言运用能力,又能够学会如何学习,养成良好的意志品质和合作意识,学习如何处理人与人、人与社会、人与自然的基本关系,形成创新意识,发展科学精神,从而全面提高综合素质。
(二)面向全体学生,充分考虑语言学习者的个体差异性义务教育是全民教育的重要组成部分,义务教育阶段的英语课程应面向全体学生。
课程要体现以学生为主体的思想, 在教学目标、教学内容、教学过程、教学评价和教学资源的利用与开发等方面都应考虑全体学生的发展需求,课程应成为学生在教师指导下构建知识、发展技能、拓展视野、活跃思维、展现个性的过程。
英语学习在很大程度上是个性化的活动,学习者由于年龄、性格、认知方式、生活环境等方面的差异而具有不同的学习需求和学习特点。
只有最大限度地满足个体需求才有可能获得最大化的整体教学效益。
因此,教师要在充分了解学生个体差异和不同需求的基础上,在教学方法、教学内容以及教学评价等方面做到灵活多样,力求使每个学生都有所收益。

普通高中英语课程是高中阶段全面贯彻党的教育方针、落实立德树人根本任务、发展英语学科核心素养、培养社会主义建设者和接班人的基础文化课程。
英语属于印欧语系,是当今世界广泛使用的国际通用语,是国际交流与合作的重要沟通工具,是思想与文化的重要载体。
学习和使用英语对汲取人类优秀文明成果、借鉴外国先进科学技术、传播中华文化、增进中国与其他国家的相互理解与交流具有重要的意义和作用。
普通高中英语课程作为一门学习及运用英语语言的课程,与义务教育阶段的课程相衔接,旨在为学生继续学习英语和终身发展打下良好基础。
普通高中英语课程强调对学生语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力的综合培养,具有工具性和人文性融合统一的特点。
普通高中英语课程应在义务教育的基础上,帮助学生进一步学习和运用英语基础知识和基本技能,发展跨文化交流能力,为他们学习其他学科知识、汲取世界文化精华、传播中华文化创造良好的条件,也为他们未来继续学习英语或选择就业提供更多机会;普通高中英语课程同时还应帮助学生树立人类命运共同体意识和多元文化意识,形成开放包容的态度,发展健康的审美情趣和良好的鉴赏能力,加深对祖国文化的理解,增强爱国情怀,坚定文化自信,树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,为学生未来参与知识创新和科技创新,更好的适应世界多极化、经济全球化和社会信息化奠定基础。
(二)基本理念
1.发展英语学科核心素养,落实立德树人根本任务
普通高中英语课程具有重要的育人功能,旨在发展学生的语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力等英语学科核心素养,落实立德树人根本任务。
实施普通高中英语课程应以德育为魂、能力为重、基础为先、创新为上,注重在发展学生英语语言运用能力的过程中,帮
助他们学习、理解和鉴赏中外优秀文化,培育中国情怀,坚定文化自信,拓展国际视野,增进国际理解,逐步提升跨文化沟通能力、思辨能力、学习能力和创新能力,形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。
2.构建高中英语共同基础,满足学生个性发展需求
普通高中英语课程应在有机衔接初中学段英语课程的基础上,通过必修课程为所有高中学生搭建英语学科核心素养的共同基础,使其形成必要的语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力,为他们升学、就业和终身学习构筑发展平台。
必修课程的内容与要求面向全体
学生,具有基础性特点。
同时,普通高中英语课程应遵循多样性和选择性原则,根据高中学生的心理特征、认知水平、学习特点以及未来发展的不同需求,开设丰富的选修课程。
3.实践英语学习活动观,着力提高学生学用能力
普通高中英语课程倡导指向学科核心素养的英语学习活动观和自主学习、合作学习、探究学习等学习方式。
教师应设计具有综合性、关联性和实践性特点的英语学习活动,使学生通过学习理解、应用实践、迁移创新等一系列融语言、文化、思维为一体的活动,获取、
阐释和评判语篇意义,表达个人观点、意图和情感态度,分析中外文化异同,发展多元思维和批判性思维,提高英语学习能力和运用能力。
4.完善英语课程评价体系,促进核心素养有效形成
普通高中英语课程应建立以学生为主体、促进学生全面、健康而有个性地发展的课程评价体系。
评价应聚焦并促进学生英语学科核心素养的形成及发展,采用形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的多元评价方式,重视评价的促学作用,关注学生在英语学习过程中所表现出的
情感、态度和价值观等要素,引导学生学会监控和调整自己的英语学习目标、学习方式和学习进程。
5.重视现代信息技术应用,丰高英语课程学习资源
普通高中英语课程应重视现代信息技术背景下教学模式和学习方式的变革,充分利用信息技术,促进信息技术与课程教学的深度融合,根据信息化环境下英语学习的特点,科学地组织和开展线上线下混合式教学,丰富课程资源,拓展学习渠道。
在课程实施过程中,应
重视营造信息化教学环境,及时了解和跟进科技的进步和学科的发展,充分发挥现代教育技术对教与学的支持与服务功能,选择恰当的数字技术和多媒体手段,确保虚拟现实、人工智能、大数据等新技术的应用有助于促进学生的有效学习和英语学科核心素养的形成与发展。
