一、课程性质：强调历史学的教育与社会功能，突显育人功能对高中历史课程进行定性：2003版主要突出的是历史的课程性。

二、基本理念——凝练学科核心素养，落实立德树人根本任务2003版课程性质与基本理念一、课程性质普通高中历史课程，是用历史唯物主义观点阐释人类历史发展进程和规律，进一步培养和提高学生的历史意识、文化素质和人文素养，促进学生全面发展的一门基础课程。

普通高中历史课程从不同的角度揭示人类历史发展的基本过程，通过重大历史事件、人物、现象展现人类发展进程中丰富的历史文化遗产。

通过高中历史课程的学习，能使学生了解人类社会发展的基本脉络，总结历史经验教训，继承优秀的文化遗产，弘扬民族精神；学会用马克思主义科学的历史观分析问题、解决问题；学习从历史的角度去了解和思考人与人、人与社会、人与自然的关系，进而关注中华民族以及全人类的历史命运。

二、课程的基本理念普通高中历史课程根据历史学科和历史教学的特点，全面发挥历史教育的功能，尊重历史，追求真实，吸收人类优秀文明成果，弘扬爱国主义精神，陶冶关爱人类的情操。

一、课程性质义务教育阶段的英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。

就工具性而言，英语课程承担着培养学生基本英语素养和发展学生思维能力的任务，即学生通过英语课程掌握基本的英语语言知识，发展基本的英语听、说、读、写技能，初步形成用英语与他人交流的能力，进一步促进思维能力的发展，为今后继续学习英语和用英语学习其他相关科学文化知识奠定基础。

I asked him what they meant and he explained they were new vocabulary added to the updated English curriculum standards. Wasn't that nice of him?Jason said the first new word was "graffiti." He told me it means drawings or words sprayed or sketched on walls or other surfaces, usually without permission. I made a face because I don't like when people make a mess like that. I knew that one already because sometimesmy little brother pukes when he eats too much candy. Also "avant-garde" for something that is extremely modern and innovative in areas like art, culture or society. 教师在制定教学目标时要充分关注数学学科核心素养的达成；要深入理解数学学科核心素养的内涵、价值、表现、水平及其相互联系；要结合特定教学任务，思考相应数学学科核心素养在教学中的孕育点、生长点：要注意数学学科核心素养与具体教学内容的关联；要关注数学学科核心素养目标在教学中的可实现性，研究其融入教学内容和教学过程的具体方式及载体，在此基础上确定教学目标。

学生数学学科核心素养水平的达成不是一蹴而就的，具有阶段性、连续性、整合性等特点。

教师应理解不同数学学科核心素养水平的具体要求，不仅关注每一节课的教学目标，更要关注主题、单元的教学目标（参见案例36），明晰这些目标对实现数学学科核心素养发展的贡献。

2016年修改版初中英语课程标准一、课程性质义务教育阶段的英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。

就工具性而言，英语课程承担培养学生基本英语素养的任务，即学生通过英语课程掌握基本的英语语言知识，发展基本的英语听说读写技能，形成用英语与他人交流的能力，为今后继续学习英语和用英语学习其他相关科学文化知识奠定基础。

就人文性而言，英语课程承担着提高学生综合人文素养的任务，即学生通过英语课程能够开阔视野，丰富生活经历，发展跨文化意识，促进创新思维，形成良好品格和正确价值观，为终身学习奠定基础。

二、基本理念（一）注重素质教育，充分体现语言学习对学生发展的价值义务教育阶段英语课程的首要目的是为学生发展综合语言运用能力打基础，为他们继续学习英语和未来职业选择创造有利条件。

同时，英语课程有利于学生体验中外文化差异，丰富思维方式，增进国际理解，提高人文素养。

英语教育应做到人文性与工具性并重，使学生在英语学习过程中既能够发展综合语言运用能力，又能够学会如何学习，养成良好的意志品质和合作意识，学习如何处理人与人、人与社会、人与自然的基本关系，形成创新意识，发展科学精神，从而全面提高综合素质。

（二）面向全体学生，充分考虑语言学习者的个体差异性义务教育是全民教育的重要组成部分，义务教育阶段的英语课程应面向全体学生。

课程要体现以学生为主体的思想, 在教学目标、教学内容、教学过程、教学评价和教学资源的利用与开发等方面都应考虑全体学生的发展需求，课程应成为学生在教师指导下构建知识、发展技能、拓展视野、活跃思维、展现个性的过程。

英语学习在很大程度上是个性化的活动，学习者由于年龄、性格、认知方式、生活环境等方面的差异而具有不同的学习需求和学习特点。

只有最大限度地满足个体需求才有可能获得最大化的整体教学效益。

因此，教师要在充分了解学生个体差异和不同需求的基础上，在教学方法、教学内容以及教学评价等方面做到灵活多样，力求使每个学生都有所收益。
