被认为是有着“Good places to visit ;Good food to eat ;Good money to make ;Good people to meet ”的口译员一时间成为众多学生的梦想,考证也就成了必过的门槛。
目前在国内比较热门且含金量较高的口译考试有北外英语翻译资格证书考试、全国翻译专业资格(水平)考试(China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters ———CATTI )、上海外语口译资格考试、厦门大学口译资格证书考试等。
以上海外语口译资格证书考试为例,中级口译人才被描述为能从事日常翻译、陪同翻译、涉外导游、外事接待、外贸业务洽谈等方面的人才;高级口译人才被描述为能从事各类涉外谈判、高层次会晤、新闻发布会、记者招待会、国际研讨会的翻译和口译工作等的人才,这也就不难出现今年春季仅武汉考区的报考人数就超过800的考证热潮。

一、上海外语口译资格证书考试模式简介上海外语口译资格证书考试(口试)部分由英译汉和汉译英两个部分组成,每个部分有两篇文章,高口将每篇文章分成两个段落,共八个段落,中口将每篇文章分为四个段落,共十六个段落,文章取材广泛,涉及政治、经济、文化、教育、外交等,要求学生在规定时间内完成段落的双语转换。

近期悄然兴起的公共英语等级考试,受到很多人的关注,有人曾预言,它将取代传统的四六级考试,成为今后用人单位的首先考虑对象。
那么,究竟在英语水平上,公共英语考试的等级与人们传统观念中的英语等级有什么联系呢?据权威机构的有关资料,1. 通过一级者,其英语水平达到中考要求。

英语方面相关证书一、大学英语四、六级证书(CET-4,CET-6):1、考试时间:每年12月份、6月份的第三个星期六。
2、报名时间:口试笔试均为每年两次,3-4月份和8-10月份为报名时间,各地不统一,口试、笔试分开报名。
具体报名时间参加本校教务处的通知。
3、报名资格:(1) 考试对象限制在高校内部(2007年起)(2) 全国大学英语四级和六级考试对象分别是高等学校修完大学英语四级或六级的本科生;(3) 同等程度的大专生或硕士研究生经所在学校同意,可在本校报名参加考试;(4) 同等程度的夜大或函授大学学生经所在学校同意,可在本校报名参加考试;(5) 1987 年后毕业需要补考的大学本科毕业生。
