公司中一些常見的職務名稱見下表：Unit 4 E-Mail System 電子郵件與電子郵件相關的常用語電子郵件常用稱謂書寫E-mail時，對對主的稱謂常采用以下格式；1.用dear加英文名的方式，如Dear Frank，這樣的格式。
用dear加英文的方式稱呼對方並不代表關系親密。
2.用hi加上英文名的方式，如Hi Frank，這樣的格式。
用Hi加英文名的方式稱呼對方並不代表態度傲慢。
3.日本人書寫E-MAIL時，常在英文名後加san來表示對他人的敬稱。
例如：比爾先生用Bill san來表述。
在日文裡，san屬於中性詞。
二、書寫電子郵件時的注意事項1.標題要言簡意賅，直接切入主題例如：以“貴公司產品有大量不良”作為標題時，存在的問題為標題太過籠統。
