一、杭州市2013年中考英语试卷基本情况分析2013年杭州市中考英语试卷命题以检测学生的英语语言素养和语用能力为主要目标，突出对学生在具体语境中综合语言运用能力的考查。

试卷布局规范合理，图文并茂；语言知识与文化背景融合，语言材料真实地道，贴近学生生活，体现教育功能。

试题命制科学严谨，难易适当。

既体现了语言的交际性、真实性、时代性，也体现了语言教学的实践性、开放性和严谨性。

整卷命题思想为：―立足基础，关注能力，强化语用‖。

具体特点如下：（一）立足基础，稳中求变命题立足对学生英语语言基础知识和基本技能的考查。

试题考查的内容与要求以《2013年杭州市各类高中文化考试命题实施细则》为依据。

考查的知识覆盖面广、信息量大；语言材料的难度与现行教材相当；话题内容基于教学实际和学生生活。

试题的题型、题量和分值保持不变。

单项选择题继续关注对语音知识、基本语法、交际用语、固定搭配、句式结构等基础知识的考查，强调语言在具体语境中的运用，但难度略有下降。

阅读理解的A篇文字量有所增加，因而对阅读速度的要求随之提高。

（二）选材地道，接轨育人试题的语言材料主要源于英美国家权威出版物的原文，材料地道，题目原创。

试卷中的语篇文本包括记叙文、应用文和说明文。

内容丰富，涉及面广，同时也体现了语言的价值立意和教育功能，对培养学生积极的情感态度、探究科学精神和跨文化意识有很好的教育意义。
