自愈式低压并联电容器BSMJ、ASMJ系列1. 电力电容器的维护电力电容器是一种静止的无功补偿设备。
它的主要作用是向电力系统提供无功功率,提高功率因数。
采用就地无功补偿,可以减少输电线路输送电流,起到减少线路能量损耗和压降,发送电能质量和提高设备利用率的重要作用。
2. 电力电容器的保护2.1 电容器组应采用适当保护措施,如采用平衡或差动继电保护或采用瞬时作用过电流继电保护,对于3.15kV及以上的电容器,必须在每个电容器上装置单独的熔断器,熔断器的额定电流应按熔丝的特性和接通时的涌流来选定,一般为1.5倍电容器的额定电流为宜,以防止电容器油箱爆炸。
2.2 除上述指出的保护形式外,在必要时还可以作下面的几种保护:2.2.1 如果电压升高是经常及长时间的,需采取措施使电压升高不超过1.1倍额定电压。
2.2.2 用合适的电流自动开关进行保护,使电流升高不超过1.3倍额定电流。
2.2.3 如果电容器同架空线联接时,可用合适的避雷器来进行大气过电压保护。
2.2.4 在高压网络中,短路电流超过20A时,并且短路电流的保护装置或熔丝不能可靠地保护对地短路时,则应采用单相短路保护装置。
2.3 正确选择电容器组的保护方式,是确保电容器安全可靠运行的关键,但无论采用哪种保护方式,均应符合以下几项要求:2.3.1 保护装置应有足够的灵敏度,不论电容器组中单台电容器内部发生故障,还是部分元件损坏,保护装置都能可靠地运作。
2.3.2 能够有选择地切除故障电容器,或在电容器组电源全部断开后,便于检查出已损坏的电容器。
2.3.3 在电容器停送电过程中及电力系统发生接地或其它故障时,保护装置不能有误动作。
2.3.4 保护装置应便于进行安装、调整、试验和运行维护。
3. 电力电容器的接通和断开4.1 电力电容器组在接通前应用兆欧表检查放电网络。
4.2 接通和断开电容器组时,必须考虑以下几点:4.2.1 当汇流排(母线)上的电压超过1.1倍额定电压最大允许值时,禁止将电容器组接入电网。

2.电容柜体须配有进风口及散热风扇,确保电容柜内通风散热。
3.在有谐波场合须在电容器前端配套电抗器,避免谐波对电容器造成寿命影响。
4.电容器投切时有很大的浪涌电流,会对电容器本身及电网造成冲击,建议选用复合开关或可控硅投切开关作通断投切。
5.电容器运行时应在防雨、雪、潮湿的房间内,室内不许有腐蚀性气体、尘埃和蒸汽。

3.5.2系统中装并联电容器时,应充分注意以下情况:a.在谐波含量严重的环境下,不宜直接装设并联电容器,请串联抗谐波电抗器使用。
在谐波含量并不 严重的环境下,请提升电容器电压等级或采用滤波电容器。
(常见的谐波源有:变频器、直流整流器、 逆变器、电解电镀设备、中频炉、电弧炉等)b.在电动机固定连接并联电容器时,建议按电容器电流小于电动机空载电流90%来选配电容器。
c.在变压器空载时,应使电容器退出运行。
3.5.3系统中装并联电容器时,应选用能限制涌流及不重燃的专用开关、接触器、电子复合开关及过流 继电器等。
3.5.4电容器再投入需要延时3min 以上,断开电源必须进行短路放电之后,才能进行触及或测试。
3.5.5用小型断路器作短路保护时,应按电容器额定电流2-3倍选择,严禁断路器带电容器合闸。
3.5.6电容器从电源切除后一定要保证电容器剩余电压降至10%额定电压才允许再次投入BSMJ 系列自愈式低压并联电容器BSMJ 系列自愈式低电压并联电容器适用于额定电压1000V 及以下工频交流电力系统中,作提高功率因数、改善电压质量之用。
