Step 1复习上节课的重点单词和短语。

Revision

①Get Ss to use flashcards to review the words and expressions learned in last

class.

②Let some Ss retell the passage in 2b in short.

Step 2以小组讨论的形式让学生讨论自己最大的烦恼或问题,并想出解决这些问题的办法,为写作准备素材。

1.Work on 3b

①Let Ss look at the structures in 3b. Ask Ss to write about their friend’s first

problem and the possible solutions. Use the structures in 3b to plan the writing.

②Let Ss write their passages.

Step 3根据讨论等活动记下的笔记完成写作,避免无话可写。合作学习让学生发挥各自才艺;在合作中看到对方的优点,增进学生之间的了解。

①Let Ss look at the structures in 3b. Ask Ss to write about their friend’s first

①Divide Ss into groups of four and provide each group with a place in the box.

②Let Ss discuss what they will do if they take part in the project.

④Select two or three groups to share their answers with the class.

Step 5 学生自己学会总结本单元所学知识,起到复习的作用。

Self Check 1

Get Ss to look at the words in the box in Self Check 1 carefully and fill in the

blanks with them. Then check the answers in the class.

①Ask Ss to look at the words and the conversation in the box.
