斗式提升机的设计
摘要 斗式提升机是一种被普遍采用的垂直输送设备,用于运送各种散状和碎块物 料,设计过程中,我注意收集资料,注重实际考察,强调应用性,从而为完成毕业 设计做了良好的铺垫。首先对大概一个参数的计算,然后确定大概的方向,然后确 定对头部壳体,筒体壁厚,畚斗的布置形式,环链,单双筒的改进,不仅从价格上, 更是从安全性上考虑,从各个方面进行考虑,对这些方面进行改进,确定其主要参 数,最后根据实际情况考虑对提升机的结构进行改进,从而使提升机的输送性能得 到提高。

2 斗式提升机的基本结构
2.1 概述 根据所运输的物料为散状燃煤,故根据相关手册选用 TH250 斗式提升机。TH250
垂直斗式提升机用来垂直提升经过破碎机的石灰石、煤、石膏、熟料、干粘土 等块粒状物料以及生料、水泥、煤粉等粉状物料。根据料斗运行速度的快慢不同, 斗式提升机可分为:离心式卸料、重力式卸料和混合式卸料等三种形式。离心式卸 料的斗速较快,适用于输送粉状、粒状、小块状等磨琢性小的物料;重力式卸料的 斗速较慢,适用于输送块状的,比重较大的,磨琢性大的物料,如石灰石、熟料等。 斗式提升机的牵引构件有环链、板链和胶带等几种。环链的结构和制造比较简单, 与料斗的连接也很牢固,输送磨琢性大的物料时,链条的磨损较小,但其自重较大。 板链结构比较牢固,自重较轻,适用于提升量大的提升机,但铰接接头易被磨损, 胶带的结构比较简单,但不适宜输送磨琢性大的物料,普通胶带物料温度不超过 60°C,夹钢绳胶带允许物料温度达 80°C,耐热胶带允许物料温度达 120°C,环链、 板链输送物料的温度可达 250°C 。

Abstract
Bucket type lifting machine is a kind of widely used vertical transportation equipment, used to transport all kinds of bulk and fragments of the material, the design process, I pay attention to the collection of information, pay attention to the actual investigation, emphasizing on the application, so as to complete the graduation design make good bedding. The calculation about a parameter, and then determine the general direction, and then determine the head casing, the cylinder wall thickness, arrangement, bucket chain, improved single double cylinder, not only from the price, it is considered from the safety, considered from all aspects, on these aspects to improve to determine the main parameters, finally, according to the actual situation to consider structure of hoister is improved, so that enhance the delivery performance of the machine is improved.

斗式提升机广泛用于垂直输送各种散状物料,国内斗提机的设计制造技术是 50 年代由前苏联引进的,直到 80 年代几乎没有大的发展。自 80 年代以后,随着国家改 革开放和经济发展的需要,一些大型及重点工程项目从国外引进了一定数量的斗提 机,从而促进了国内斗提机技术的发展。有关斗提机的部颁标准 JB3926—85 及按此 标准设计的 TD、TH 及 TB 系列斗提机的相继问世,使我国斗提机技术水平向前迈了一 大步, 但由于产品设计、原材料、加工工艺和制造水平等方面的原因,使产品在实际 使用中技术性能、传递扭矩、寿命、可靠性和噪声等与国际先进水平相比仍存在相 当大的差距。
