优抚社会工作作为我国社会工作体系中重要的组成部分，是指在优抚领域所开展的工作，旨在将社会工作的知识、技巧、态度以及价值观应用于优抚工作中。目前，我国对优抚社会工作的研究较少。本文主要通过还原“光辉岁月，老兵传奇”项目，分析优抚社会工作在社区的开展，探索社会转型背景下优抚社会工作的发展途径，对优抚工作社工介入具有重要作用。
文章首先简要阐释了本文选题的研究背景与研究意义，对优抚社会工作主要概念进行界定，综述了目前国内外关于优抚社会工作的研究现状，以及介绍了本文的研究方法、创新之处和研究路线。然后介绍了专业社工介入前退伍老兵优抚工作基本状况，主要包括退伍老兵的基本状况、优抚工作的传统方法及存在的问题，并对社工介入退伍老兵优抚工作的可行性进行研究。紧接着对退伍老兵的需求状况进行分析，根据需求状况分析的结果确定退伍老兵优抚工作的目标，开展具体的活动。最后对退伍老兵优抚工作社会工作介入进行效果评估，对社会工作介入过程中遇到的问题进行反思、总结。
本文的主要目的在于通过呈现“光辉岁月、老兵传奇”项目，对退伍老兵优抚工作社工介入进行研究，给我国退伍老兵的优抚工作的发展与完善提供借鉴经验，为尽快实现退伍老兵优抚工作社工介入提供具体思路和专业技巧。

英文摘要退伍老兵优抚工作中的社工介入Social Work Intervention in the special work of veterans Base on the project of “Glory years, veterans legend”
Abstract
As an important part of social work system in China, special care means the work in the field of preferential treatment, which aims to apply knowledge, kills, attitudes and values to this kind of work. At present, the studies of special care are relatively insufficient in China. This paper focuses on restoring the project of “Glory years, veterans legend” to analyze the work of special care in comm unity and explore the development methods under the background of social transformation.
Firstly, It briefly expounds the background and the topic of the research, defines the main concepts of special care, summarizes the domestic and overseas present research situation，introduces the research methods, the place of innovation and the research route in this paper. Then it presents the basic situation of professional social workers’ participation in the work of special care, mainly including the basic state of veterans, traditional ways of special care and its open questions. Besides, it also studies the feasibilities of social workers’ intervention in the special care of veterans. Followed by the analysis the demands of veterans at first, and then identifies the target of special care of veterans and carries out the specific activities according to the result of demand analysis. Lastly, it accesses the effect of social work in veterans and summarizes all the problems encountered in the process of social work intervention.
The main purpose of this paper is to study the socialization of veterans’ special care through the project of “Glory years, veterans legend”, thus offering experience for reference to the development and perfection of China’s work of veterans’ special care, and providing a train of thought for the implementation of socialization of veterans’ special care.
