把学习教学理论和教学方法作为教学研讨的重要部分。
对于计划安排的内容,如果因为其他的因素被冲击掉的,也会利用适当的机会或者是在下一次的教研活动时进行弥补。
尽量做到计划的全面实施。
确保教研组工作计划的有效性!在平时教研活动以及备课组活动的时候,我们首先要进行理论学习,文章有的是我们自己写的,也有的是从网上下载的,还有的是报刊杂志上面的论文。
但是在下载或者是学习之前,要进行充分的修改,尽量做到切合我们教研活动的内容。
二、正视现实,进行课堂改革,扭转落后面貌英语是语言学科、也是基础学科,语言教学涉及的知识面广,可以说,学生英语成绩的高低直接关系到每一届学生的高考命运。
我们这几年学生的英语基础不够扎实,厌学已经是不争事实。
不少学生对英语的学习已经没有任何的兴趣可言。
教研组在活动的时候,对这方面的问题展开了热烈的探讨和研究。
